Red Pepper Taqueria - Briarcliff

I’ve worked in the service industry for 8 years now and never has it taken so long to get two drinks, two burritos, and some chips and Queso anywhere, even when a place is packed. Granted the Queso was cold and kind of hard. But we ate it any way. You tell me why it takes over thirty mins to get drinks and food when you have three servers and a bartender in a restaurant that only has about ten patrons in it on a Thursday night. I don’t want to blame the server because they were nice but man it should not take that long for two drinks and some chips, to at least hold me over until my food is made. Then for me to turn around and pay over $100 for 5 items after we’ve been in here over an hour. I watched the two drinks that we ordered sit at the service station for at least 20 mins. By the time we got them, all the ice was melted and the drinks slightly watered down. Please just do better for your customers. Especially when it’s slow evening in your establishment.

I love this place!!! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is very friendly. Great place for margaritas. They just started a new thing that everyone can enjoy. FAMILY NIGHT. I went last weekend with my hunny and we had so much fun play the board games, connect four, tumble towers. It felt good to disconnect from electronics and actually have a good conversation.VERY KID FRIENDLY!!!!
