Came to the location with my 68yr old mother to inquire about residency. The manger was on the phone and stated that she stopped her lu ch to speak with us. I asked about cost and a brochure. She explained about the facility even though irritated doing so. Stated that there was a wait list and we could apply in office. An associate walked into the office with her and they bickered. Then she came out and said we would need to come back on Tuesday/ to apply. Left with no brochure and a bad first impression. I wouldn't want my mother living anywhere that would be this unprofessional.
