I'm typically skeptical of hotel restaurants so had low expectations - I was pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed an artistic charcuterie board and the farro risotto with trout was amazing. Sometimes a fruit tart can be mediocre - not the case here. The peach tart was delicious. On top of that we loved our server who was friendly and provided helpful suggestions and service. This is a hidden gem.
The Igloo experience at Reverance was outstanding. I'd stayed at the Epicurean in Tampa years ago, so I knew this would be a creatively curated evening, but all my expectations were exceeded. The ambiance was charming, with a cozy, beautifully decorated private space, great music, and surprisingly quiet given the downtown setting.
