The food, vibes and service are immaculate at the hotel restaurant. My mom and I were able to try the breakfast buffet the morning we were checking out and we loved the food and service! Elizabeth (Lucia) was our server and she was attentive, friendly and prompt in serving us. It’s the best service we have had at a restaurant in years and we appreciate it because hospitality in the service industry has declined since pre COVID; we always recognize how we are treated in restaurants...
From start to finish - my staycation at the Epicurean Atlanta, Autograph Collection, was elevated by the people who brought it to life. Maya; -- who I presume to be an on-site Manager --, was the operations heartbeat of my visit. Her flawless handling of details ensured everything—from cabana setup to the flow of the day—felt seamless, thoughtful, and stress-free. Maya is a bonafide professional.
