I appreciate that and I will give them another try -their food is very good!***** I have been a patron of Rick’s at Chattahoochee Hills Eventing venue in prior times. Today o paid attention to the price on the menu board versus my charge. I had heard others questioning patrons talking about being “overcharged”. This is why. Rick’s has only been at this venue two days. Doubt they changed prices but even so it should match their menu/price board. When I questioned the person taking orders about my charges, she was combative and talked over me as I was trying to explain. After they realized I was overcharged they didn’t offer to honor the pricing. A woman working in cooking area began to mock me. I requested a refund. The lack of customer service and possible deception is enough to lose me as a customer. The rudeness is enough to make me spread the word that this is NOT a business to patronizing!

Food quality is trash. Ordered on Uber eats, ordered the pulled chicken sandwich it had hecka BBQ sauce & slaw in the picture — now I know nothing looks like the picture but dang, no slaw ?? No bbq sauce?? AND they know they are wrong for charging $3 extra for a side of Mac with this portion size. Not happy at all ..& the mac isn’t seasoned
