Everything was cooked right and delicious! customer service was great. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and she went over the menu with me. I ordered the wings and fries with mild sauce. Chicken was cooked just as I requested and hot and crispy. Definitely worth my coins and time! A must try!!!!

I was looking for a great Chicago style restaurant and I ran into this restaurant I found out it was one opening in Morrow so I decided to swing by on the way home. I visited the Morrow location today and the wall art was great and the cashier was as well. The food was bad. The tips were NOTHING like their advertisement on IG, the catfish tasted like it was made in old burnt grease. After anxiously waiting to taste their food I was highly disappointed.I wanted turkey tips but they ran out so I had to order pork. I was also curious about this mild sauce. I’ve never seen mild sauce in Illinois that looked like this dark colored. I was surprised they gave me a 3 full cups of it which was different because I usually have to ask for extra ijs. Maybe some places make it different in Illinois it honestly taste like a bbq mix sauce. This wasn’t a good experience so I had to attach pictures of what they advertised(2pics on the left)(mines are the 2 pics on the right )versus what I got ☹️

The pictures & videos on IG are definitely not what I got. No rib tips available & the “Whiting” fish was SWAI(YULK) which was super greasy, cooked in old oil, soggy & tasted awful. I will NOT be going back! My first & LAST visit. Not worth $17 at all!

Visited your Greenbriar location to get some fried chicken and greens. We waited nearly an hour for our food. After driving almost 35 minutes back home, we open our bags and did not get the sides we ordered. It was CLEARLY on the ticket and we paid extra for the sides. I called back up there and was told to just bring it back. The hell!! I told her I could not bring it back as I live too far and would appreciate if they could take my name and provide the sides on another visit. She placed me on hold and never came back.This level of non service is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

I ordered rib tips and wings. The rib tips were okay, but a little dry. The wings were not really seasoned and the sauce was very vinegary. Nothing I have to have. People were nice though.
