This is my go to place every time I come to ATL for business. It could be a couple months since the last time I have been in and as soon as they see me they remember my order. Have also had lunch there a couple times and they have excellent sandwiches and the fresh brewed tea is the best.Excellent food and service.

The men and women at this establishment are Very eager to please. While I was there they accidentally gave a nurse or staff member of the hospital someone else's sandwich by mistake. Instead of fixing a new sandwich for the customer who was patiently waiting for her sandwich, they spent the majority of 10 minutes looking for the nurse or staff member, while this woman waited patiently without saying anything..I was just an outsider observing this interaction, but I seriously felt bad for the lady waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich while others surpassed her in line.

I usually get my Brown Sugar Oatmeal with Raisins here..How do you run out of Raisins..???? Had to go to Publix and get some Craisins....This is Crazy!! Management get on your Job..make sure your employees are successful and Keep Your Business intact.!!!

There food is so delicious ??? I was so excited too pay them a visit today just too buy me something. All of thier items are good. Try for yourself.

The Grande' Burrito is excellent.

A great place for breakfast after your fasting blood work at your Piedmont West appointment. Not too much, not too little or you can order seconds.

Lydia was extremely nice. She also cleaned and sanitized each table and chair after each use.

The food is amazing and the service was fast and friendly!

The black girl who is the cash register clerk is very rude and unprofessional. She curses and act very unruly. She is disorderly and disruptive.

Very terse phone service:
He didn't state the business name or location, answering only with "Hello". He said Yes after I confirmed the location, and Ok after I placed my order. If I hadn't asked how long it would take, the phone call would have ended with him saying literally three words, and sounding very bored. He was just as unfriendly in person.
The outside doors were also locked 22 minutes before closing time (2:38 vs 3pm).
They give the impression that they are annoyed by customers calling or coming in.
Multiple other RR locations have much better customer service than this location (Howell Mill).
Meal was not prepared for takeout (plastic wrapped) as I had asked, and I didn't realize until I got back to work there was no plastic ware or napkin as there usually is. Utterly dismal service.
