Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

We had a wonderful experience and the customer service was personable and Exceptional. After exercising our rights 🗳️, We traveled to this location for a tasty FAVORITE, coconut icees 🤤. To my initial dismay, they were very limited on their available flavors. However, the young lady there (Atlas mommy) went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 5. She presented us with samples of the various flavors available, and then proceeded to custom make our FAVORITE, COCONUT 🤗. Providing This level of service was so refreshing, and certainly solidified our loyalty. Thank you for making our visit happy and satisfying. I apologize I forgot her name (Atlas mommy), but she deserves to be celebrated for a job well done.

We had to use walk up window, but Atlas 👶🏻(baby) and his mom 👩🏼‍🍳(actual worker, can’t recall name) were the absolute best; a pure joy. It was a delight being served by her. She went out of her way to get the Coconut flavored ice that my daughters love. I tried the Unicorn flavor and it was amazing 😍 🍧

I’m from Florida so maybe I’m spoiled with the Rita’s there, where we have 16 different flavors. This place only has eight flavors four of which are Sugar Free. There’s no place to sit as they are doing construction to the parking lot and they keep the doors closed and service you from a window outside. When I ask for a sample I got pea size amount on a spoon instead, of a little sample cup. Yeah I don’t even know why I gave this place one star.

I had a wonderful experience at Rita’s Italian Ice, thanks to the amazing customer service from Barbara! Despite the slowed business caused by the construction near Publix, Barbara remains incredibly positive and welcoming. She was very patient as I made my choices, and even when my debit card wasn’t working, she helped me out with such kindness and understanding. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she did. Her cheerful attitude and willingness to help really made my day! I will definitely be returning and hope to see her again.

Hadn't been in over a year but decided to grab some for myself and the wife on my way home. The owner of this franchise needs to be slapped back into reality. Almost $18 for two small gelati's is ridiculous. Staff was nice. However, when I went to tip on their CC machine she made sure to let me know they get any of the tips so don't bother. Wonder how many people they've screwed over. Never going back.

This place is amazing, the Italian Ice flavors are wonderful. They used to have this option for you to buy a tray that had several different flavors and it was the best because I could never choose what flavor I want and it allowed me to get like four different flavors in the tray you didn’t have to choose. But for some reason, they got rid of that And I had to get a small they let you do the four flavors in the small cup but they get mixed together more so I wasn’t as happy

Let’s put the issues first
It’s 30 bucks for a couple of gelato lol when did they serve steak and sides with this ?.
Next is the seating no inside seats because they are afraid people will notice how much they increased their prices while comparing to their Suwannee location .
Third the lack of customer service the kids so rude and don’t care about customer service and lie they can’t print receipts I’m sure they are breaking the law by refusing to give printed receipts so they can hide their prices.
My recommendation is to find a cold stone or similar product.

I went in tonight with my family to get some ice and sit outside. We have not been here for a long time so we decided to give it a drive and check it out. When we went inside the young man inside never said 'Hello" or "Would you like to try something" he just stood there looking. My wife then asked him if he was taking orders and he nodded "Yes" but then did not make her order. At that point this young woman "Reagan" came out and took my order and my sons while the young man just stood there not helping out at all. Another young lady was there and she was stocking up and after we received our order my wife still did not have hers and other patrons were not getting waited by this young guy it was Reagan who was helping me and all the other customers. I had to tell Reagan very loudly that he did not make my wife's order and he just stood there not doing anything but....but taking out his phone and scrolling through the phone. I made sure and gave Reagan a tip and told her to keep the money and NOT put it in the jar. I am not saying I won't be back but if you dont want to work then quit or let him go. Very unprofessional and it made the experience less because we felt bad for Reagan and the other young woman who was working.

Very gross inside. The employees also think it’s okay to bring their baby to work like it’s a day care. So when you walk in you’re greeted by a crying baby and rude staff. The team is too busy screaming at each other to actually serve you. It also just stinks so bad! Don’t come here!!! Run!! Hide!!!!
