We had to use walk up window, but Atlas 👶🏻(baby) and his mom 👩🏼‍🍳(actual worker, can’t recall name) were the absolute best; a pure joy. It was a delight being served by her. She went out of her way to get the Coconut flavored ice that my daughters love. I tried the Unicorn flavor and it was amazing 😍 🍧

I had a wonderful experience at Rita’s Italian Ice, thanks to the amazing customer service from Barbara! Despite the slowed business caused by the construction near Publix, Barbara remains incredibly positive and welcoming. She was very patient as I made my choices, and even when my debit card wasn’t working, she helped me out with such kindness and understanding.
