I ordered the lemon cake for my grandson's birthday and the cake was served and all the guest said it didn't taste good. I sent an email and the apologized and offered 10% off my next order.

Can you please have your employees at the ice cream counter use gloves? We witnessed the employee tonight licking his finger & chewing his nails BEFORE scooping ice cream, so disgusting!

The chocolates tasted fake like they were adding oils or unnatural ingredients. The caramel in the bear claw was gummy not chewy like caramel should be. Don’t waste your money.

I like the store, but it isn’t worth visiting if you’re going to hire ghetto employees that are more concerned with fighting the customers than servicing them (not me). Last night’s visit was just embarrassing.

Spent the whole day at the battery and this was my favorite store! We tried the taffy, the milk chocolate peanut clusters, truffles and ice cream. I would give them 10 stars! All the treats were delicious!

I’ve been to several locations and all have been good except this one. All my chocolate covered pretzels were hard and stale and my chocolate marshmallow's were stale and not good.

Ridiculously overpriced. Went there to fulfill a saltwater taffy craving and there's only 7 or 8 flavors and absolutely no signs as to what they were. No signs anywhere for those who are unsure of any of the candies. Won't be going back.

If you want good fudge or pralines then try the chocolate shop in Helen GA, it is sooooo much better. This place tastes very low quality. And it's over priced as well.

Store was very clean. Candies looked delicious but very overpriced. The cashier working appeared to be wildly inconvenienced we entered the store and had a rather abysmal attitude.

We grabbed some snacks tonight after the Braves’ game. Our daughter had been talking about their cheddar popcorn since our vacation last year. Unfortunately, they were out tonight and we were content to leave with our candy. But K. Lee insisted we have cheddar popcorn and made us a fresh batch while we waited. Thank you K. Lee!! You went above and beyond and made one little girl very happy!

After dinner at the Battery we decided to get some pralines; the place smelled great BUT there is no price menu. We asked the employee how much was the cost of a pound of pralines and he said he could not tell us the price because it was by weight. REALLY? If you work there you should know the price of ONE pound. But more importantly the prices should be posted; it's like going to a restaurant with no prices. Pralines were good but way overpriced. I did notice that there was a price menu for the ice creams...

It was all delicious BUT it is ridiculous how expensive a turtle or praline costs. Like one small circle of peanuts with white chocolate was $16. So I would not say it is not worth the money but it tastes good. I probably won’t go again though.

The assistant general manager Cal was so nice! He was really helpful in figuring out what truffle flavors were best for someone who'd never had truffles before.
