I had foot surgery on August 23rd and September 4th’s Atlanta Braves/Colorado Rockies game was my last opportunity to see my FIRST MLB and Braves game; which was a win.

Caught the shuttle there but hobbled back, there were too many people to navigate and a good distance to the shuttle. I was in pain and beat by the time I plopped at the bar. Nice young man was busy with the later crowd as the restaurant portion was closed. Ordered a club sandwich and some wings, both were a lot of food and excellent. It wasn’t just the bartender who was concerned about service to the customers, a manager also checked in to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything else.

I appreciate OUTSTANDING customer service when there’s so many companies that do not care.

A very nice way to wind down with family and friends at the end of a long day. The bartender knew how to give a smooth pour and the environment was very comfortable. Best part was that I only had to go as far as the elevator would take me. Haha. Very nice establishment.

Nadine was a great server….She was very good polite a respectful….it was my first time here at this establishment….i ordered the honey bbq wings an loaded fries an it was delicious…I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu….

Great hotel restaurant! Reasonable prices. Great service. Andrew took good care of me and ensured I had everything I needed to enjoy my dinner. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were done well and fresh. No sogginess. The sandwich bun was toasted or grilled with a bit of butter. The chicken was tender and juicy.

Yes to a point. They never got our reservation via Open Table and evening the Manager did not know that Open Table does that. Also the Menu on Open Table is old per the Manager when I showed her. The food we did order was great and the staff is fantastic. But I am hesitant to use Open Table for reservations in the future. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me using Open Table. You need to update you online Menus and also make sure you contact the restaurant when someone reserves.
