Walk in with 15/17 mins b4 closing in the guy with locs barks across the room saying we are closing

Poor customer service

And after driving up from ga to grab something to eat with my bud and was embarrassed by the treatment. Book the embassy suits across the street and everything to be close ran into traffic put us behind. I didn't think there would be an issue bc we still had time. Going some where else now. And prob won't be back here.

Service from the start was great with Sabrina. She was super nice and helpful. Sabrina assisted us with what to add to our whole hog sampler. We added spare ribs, smoked chicken wings, and onion rings to our order. The burned ends, spare ribs, smoked chicken wings, and onion rings were my favorite. I recommend the white sauce for dipping. Shu, the manager, gave us a tour of the pit and we met pit master,Angie. The whole staff was welcoming.

Take out. One rib and brisket platter. One fried fish dinner. Ribs were among my top 5 ever. Brisket was just ok. Sides yummy. If you like fried fish RS will make you very happy. And the huspuppies were yummy. Take out order

This was our first time eating at this location. The atmosphere and food were delicious. Our server, Elijah was attentive and made sure our order was correct and our food delicious. We will definitely come back.

Came in last night to order everyone was busy but Jazmyn took the time to help me with my order. She took my order&was still working around. Ribs was great. She told me Quez was on the grill. I’ll go again because of her&the vibes she give.

Elijah was the bartender who served me. He was personable and the drink was very good! The young ladies that greeted me were pleasant, helpful and took ny order.

I am from Missouri originally do i prefer barbeque over smoked, but I must say the brisket was very flavorful and tender.

This is my second time at this establishment. For me, they could use a little less salt.

I have had the smoked wings, the greens, potato salad and fries. The sides are are all okay, but nothing exceptional. The chili is very good!

I will continue to patronize the establishment.

This is some of the best BBQ I've ever had
If You're ever in Atlanta. You need to eat barbecue here. Smoked turkey and brisket are amazing

Not as good as expected being Mr. Scott's reputation. Bbq was average. Sayce bottle were sticky with the tops caked with sauce overflow.

The food was flavorful, I like the BBQ sauces that were on the table. The hush puppies were a little burnt but still tasted good. Only minor cons is that the water and soda in the machine has a fungi taste (maybe clean the nozzles and flush the machine) and the bathroom was dark and smelly. Overall, I'd recommend this place for take out because the food is good and the staff and manager are friendly.

The ribs were not tender, the Mac and cheese had no flavor, the baked beans were dry and the service was very dismissive. The employees were nice but not very attentive. It was a very unpleasant experience. The banana pudding was very good however. The worse part of it was that it was brought to the attention of the managers on duty, and neither one of them came over to speak to us. One of the servers did attempt to accommodate us by bringing fresh sides for us to take with us. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Bought a Thanksgiving lunch for company. Was never told that the order would come cold to reheat, portions were bare minimum for the amount of people at the company. Complaints were ignored and the person we were speaking with, acted like he didn't know what was going on.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I cannot recommend every ordering anything from here for delivery. The food is good...when they get your order right, which is almost never. Avoid ordering the white sauce. It never arrives or you get the wrong song sauce. I've had missing items from my deliveries for years now and today was the last straw. I'm done. When I called the restaurant to ask what the deal was, the person who answered the phone just said "I don't know what goes on back there." Nice. I'll be supporting other GA-based bbq restaurants from now on instead of this hit or miss chain.
