This is the beginning of great legacy. Everything met expectations. The drinks, the food, the service. I wish a long and happy life to everyone who works there. Cheers! 🍻

Tried Rosa recently after hearing mixed reviews, and I have to say it was better than expected. The overall vibe of the place was fine, nothing over-the-top, but the food definitely made up for it.

I had the asada and al pastor tacos, both of which were excellent. They came on homemade corn tortillas that really took them up a notch—fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The rice and beans on the side were solid too, rounding things out nicely. The queso was absolutely great—creamy, rich, and addictive.

We also had the frozen margaritas with Tajín, which were quite tasty and a fun twist on the classic and you have to have the Churros!!! If you’re looking for a casual spot with seriously good tacos and drinks, Rosa’s worth a visit. It might not blow you away on ambiance, but the food speaks for itself.

During our 2025 family road trip, we were really missing our traditional Mexican food. One of our friends had visited this restaurant before and highly recommended it — and we’re so glad they did!

OMG, the food was absolutely delicious. The carne asada was spot on, and the tomatillo salsa was full of flavor. My family and I had such a great experience — it honestly made us feel like we were back in California.

The only downside was the location. Google Maps led us to a spot that looked like a sushi place, and it took us a while to realize the restaurant is actually tucked inside the shopping center.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place for Mexican food .

Maybe the best grilled fish tacos ever! Great food, service and atmosphere. 4 year old also very much approved of the churros and chocolate sauce. Great addition to the neighborhood!

Was really excited for a local Mexican restaurant but sadly, Rosa misses the mark. Adorable decor but slow service, stale chips, and incredibly salty, pre-cooked meat. Would maybe return for beer and chips and salsa but that’s it. Too many other Mexican food options nearby with better food and drinks for the same price.

Rosa’s is a exceptional spot! Great location with free parking just outside of the main VaHi stretch. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, the patio is huge and well ventilated. The menu is very authentic, fresh, and delicious! Zach and his team do an amazing job at making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. This will be on our regular rotation moving forward!

Delicious food great service love their three kinds of sauce so they bring out to the table chips or homemade and delicious. The steak burrito is my favorite.

The location is fabulous but the food was incredibly disappointing. All three complimentary salsas were bland, the guacamole was grocery-store quality (definitely did not seem like made on site), and the main dishes (fish and shrimp tacos) were mediocre with over-cooked seafood, and too much salt. Even the margarita was non-memorable. And it was all expensive. Very disappointing.

The patio was lovely but inside was loud.

Mediocre food at high-end prices. The guacamole was among the most disappointing I've had even before accounting for the $13 cost. The service was good but nothing exceptional, and the space was inoffensive, if a bit loud inside. Unfortunately, we do not feel the need to return.

Will definitely be back! The chips and salsa were complimentary, which is rare these days. Margs were amazing. My husband tried the brisket enchiladas and I had the fish taco and brisket taco. Even the rice and beans were good and I never actually eat those lol. All around delish and will be adding it to our dinner rotation.
