I visited Rosie’s (Sylvan location) while on vacation and was absolutely blown away by the customer service and the food! I had the pancake platter and the shrimp and grits and I was blown away with how fresh, seasoned and tasty everything was! I was also very impressed with my server Destiny! She is an amazing server, knowledgeable, quick and polite! She made sure my first time at Rosie’s will not be my last!

The food was fresh and delicious. However, We were seated and basically forgotten about. I was very disappointed we waited over 25 mins. We asked Makala and she jumped in and help us with ordering our food.

Complete lack of sense of urgency and respect for delivery. “I’m just one person” one of the front waitresses said after I’ve been quiet and patiently waiting for at least 10 minutes. After she acknowledged that she may have already given the order to the wrong person. I’m timed, and if as a restaurant you’re going to accept mobile orders, then treat people with the same respect no matter if they picking up or dining in.
Came in for a girls day with my daughters and had an amazing experience. Naya was my server she was very enjoyable, attentive and made the best oatmeal latte. Would definitely recommend and ask for her.

I was looking for a breakfast spot. Then, I came across Rosie's on Sylvan Road. I order salmon croquette egg and cheese sandwich on white toast. It was, hmmm, delicious. The bread was nicely grilled butter toasted, The salmon was cooked to perfection crisp and moist. Everything was outstanding.
