I VERY politely asked abt sauce & server's passive aggressive & emotionally unintelligent response: I only have 2 hands. Combined w/ Undeserved 20% auto tip, I wont be back.

The server was polite, but distracted by her friend.
The food looked and tasted boxed. The squared potatoes, mooshed veggies, and thin sliced french toast all tasted store bought.
The place looks beautifully renovated, but there were crumbs all over and between the cracks in the seats. The floor and the legs/feet of the table were sticky. Makes me question the cleanliness.
I really wanted this to be an excellent experience because of the beautiful art of Black business on the side of the building. Maybe one day.

Although I have been passing this gem for years, literally, I had lunch here at the invitation of a colleague. Loved the service. One of their specialties, chicken and waffles was divine. It came out hot. Well seasoned, crispy skin. Belgium waffles with a crisp on the edges and a moist center. Topped with fresh strawberries and pecans. Assorted syrups were available. I will return.

I ordered a side of bacon and breakfast potatoes. When my food arrived, the bacon was burnt. I called the restaurant and was told to contact Uber for a refund, but I could come in if I wanted the food remade. The following week, I decided to give them another chance, hoping they’d get it right this time. Unfortunately, the bacon was burnt again—so burnt that I KNOW whoever packaged it saw it and still sent it out. I called and spoke to the manager, Ms. Laverne, who told me the same thing as before. Later, she said I just needed to mention her name for my order and everything would be fine. But when I called today, the woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive, telling me to “call back at 9:30” because the manager wasn’t there. Rosie’s… if you’re going to be on Uber Eats, please don’t send BURNT food to your customers! To make matters worse, they even have a sign posted that says: “EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please check your order before leaving the premises.” That may work for walk-ins, but for delivery customers, it feels like you’re just sending whatever and leaving us stuck with it.
Came to pick up a DoorDash order. Waited about fifteen to twenty minutes before anybody came and say anything to me. I was saying good morning lettingthem .Know what was going on and they was looking at me like I was crazy bad customer service

I visited this place for my birthday in March with friends. All I can say is the food was so good I asked to speak with cook to express my gratitude! This past Sunday I decided to visit again for a second time this time taking my two teenage sons for brunch. Let’s just say satisfaction guaranteed!, I was extremely impressed with the consistency of our food prepared, the delivery time was quick and the customer service was excellent! Don’t miss out on a great menu and laid back environment…..
