The experience ended up being amazing, even though it started off a little rough. Brian (I believe that was his name) walked past me three times without acknowledging me at all. I had to speak to him first, and when I asked about being seated outside with the heaters on, he said “let me check” and never came back.

Thankfully, Alexia came over, greeted me properly, and apologized for the wait. It was a bit chilly outside, but she made sure the heater was on, and then Andy brought over a personal heater to make sure I was comfortable.

Taly was simply amazing and so pleasant. She checked on me consistently and made sure everything was okay.

Overall, the service from Alexia, Andy, and Taly was a 10/10.

i came by yesterday with my girls and it was amazing! from the start the hostess was extremely helpful and our server Alexa gave us the best dinning experience that we’ve had in a while! very attentive and sweet girl always on top of our needs. this place doesn’t just serve amazing drinks and food they are giving us a reason to keep coming back thanks alexa !! 💯

I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Allen, and I can honestly say the service was outstanding from start to finish. Allen was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire experience. They made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was satisfied.

Today, my husband and son went in to place a food order after we tried calling several times with no answer. Since the restaurant was nearby my husband was there for a tree delivery drop-off they decided to stop in person. When they arrived, no one came to take their order, and he was told to use the self-order screen instead. My husband isn’t familiar with that system, and unfortunately, not a single worker offered to assist him. The lack of customer service and willingness to help was very disappointing and unprofessional.
