Waiter act as if she didn't wanna be at work, she didn't come over to table until 15 mins after sitting and would not honor the lunch special by this time its 3:05. I will not be back

Went last night with my 2 kids been here before the food is amazing but the waiter was very unprofessional very unfriendly and made us feel that we were a burden and the fact that the tip is included in the bill he didn’t not deserve that tip at all

While deviating from the beltline, we ended up walking through this aesthetically nicer area where we decided on Ru San’s.

We may be spoiled being Floridians that live across the street from the ocean but we were overwhelmed with making a choice and underwhelmed by the menu options.

Our two go to rolls that every sushi spot I’ve ever been to has, were not offered here on their specialty rolls. (Spicy Tuna & Avocado) (Crab & Cream Cheese) as a base. The food quality was overall solid, standard run of the mill. I wasn’t a fan of the fried-everything bagel seasoning-esque outer layer of my roll. Our Crab Wontons were great.

Our server Alecia however was a friendly, fun & welcoming employee who also made my delicious strawberry sake cocktail. Outstanding energy and flow, the highlight of my experience here. I’d hire her on the spot! Interesting Green onion attachments on the pens to sign receipts.

The experience was disappointing. While there was no wait for a table, the lack of a timely greeting set the tone for the visit. The food didn’t meet expectations, and the overall vibe felt off, making it hard to find redeeming qualities. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I absolutely love this place everyone is so nice and if you’re unsure of something. They’ll explain down to each ingredient. They are on point and or server Andy was AMAZING!!!!!
P.S. Gone with the wind is pictured here By Dondra Bagley and you can never go wrong with crab ragoones!! B

Great food. But a little pricey.

The food was great as always, fried calamari, tempura shrimp, and seaweed salad. All the food was great, Yakitori house and shrimp fried rice.

We had an amazing experience and want to specifically shout out Niya! She gave amazing recommendations, friendly service, good vibes, and all around a perfect lunch experience. Ask for her when you go :)

ok i usually love this place but this time they put noodles in my miso soup?!?! 😭 WHAT! no tofu, no seaweed, just green onions and noodles. it is a miso base but what the heck ! also not a big deal but the avocado roll is not a roll it is a slice of avocado wrapped with a tiny bit of nori.

I have been there for 3 times and I has no complaints about the food even it has been cut down in quantity. But the service makes me do not want to be back. Lunch or dinner has bad service as always and all the time.
They always put tip on the ticket 18% even you go by yourself or with a group. I really dont want to give tip with this type of service

Good deals on Sunday Brunch menu

I've been coming here for 20 years. Consistently fresh sushi and good service. In recent years they have revamped their menu (it used to be a LOT and overwhelming) and upped their presentation of the food.

It’s gotten awfully expensive. Lunch for 2 (within reasonable ordering) was 100$ not what we were anticipating. And they don’t accept Visa gift cards FYI
THERE IS NO BUFFET. prob should have left when we discovered that. Used to be a hot spot. It wasn’t very busy, now I know why. The food was awesome. Just not budget friendly.
