Absolutely the best fried rice I’ve had. Sushi is amazing too has some unique styles and yummy fresh taste. I’ve been several times and never disappointed. Big portions good prices. Definitely my go to sushi spot

There was HAIR IN MY FOOD and both our server and the manager denied this claiming it was an “egg string” and that it couldn’t be the cooks hair because it was “too thin” 🙄 The server even tried to discretely brush it off the napkin and act like she couldn’t see what we were talking about. As shown in the pictures, the item in my food was clearly curly and black. It was in both the FRIED RICE AND GODZILLA SUSHI ROLL towards the bottom of our plates. We were not pleased in the slightest at this pushback and after repeatedly stating our discomfort with continuing to eat. The manager gave us a discount on the food but I am very disappointed and shocked with how the situation was managed, hence I’m writing this POOR review. Was not my first time coming but safe to say it WILL BE MY LAST. It’s a shame they had decent food, but the service was TERRIBLE, these people are okay with you eating hair in your food!!!!

You can never go wrong with Ru San's. Went here for a solo date just to get out, and I loved every bit of my meal. The inside has changed since I last visited, but it's kept its beautiful aesthetic nonetheless. The food was good, as always, wish I could buy an entire pot of their Miso Soup 😭 their Miso Soup has alwaysssssss been bomb!!!

My son was injured and we were at the urgent care upstairs. He was starving so I got him a burrito. The restaurant was empty, not a single customer inside or outside. He sat at one of Ru San’s tables just to eat, and an employee named Lili came out immediately to kick him out.
This was an injured kid sitting quietly in front of a back door where no paying customer would ever choose to sit. Instead of showing even the smallest amount of kindness, she chose to humiliate him. Cold, inhumane, and unforgettable.

I've been here several times and I always enjoy the food. The food this time wasn't what I expected. I ordered Garlic Seasame Tofu. The seaweed was delicious but everything else (tofu, mushrooms, onions etc) was toooooo greasy🤢.

Totally late on this review, but shoutout to Alicea! I hope I’m spelling her name right, because she deserves proper recognition for her amazing service. I often travel to Atlanta for work and family, but I’m still learning my favorite restaurant locations.
This place is definitely one of the best sushi places I’ve eaten at in Atlanta, and despite the business, Alicea was so kind when waiting our table.
This was a hectic day, I could tell the restaurant was slightly short staffed, but yet it seemed as though Alicea’s smile never faded. She was communicative, patient and empathetic. The food was great, Alicea still gave us her time to talk with us, give us recommendations and listen to our day’s plans while she had other tables.
The food was great, but Alicea is what was truly memorable. A great product (food) is enough for me to come back, but a great experience is what pushed to recommend this place to others. And Alicea is responsible for that great experience during an otherwise hectic weekend. Hope to be back soon!
