Last 2 experiences were so awful I'd rather eat out the food court. Turkey sandwich made me so sick 1 day. The workers must be overworked because their never happy nice or smiling just cordial enough to take your order except for Tony. He's the ONLY worker there that smiles. I came in on a late Wednesday evening 5pm. Only 2 tables why the girls servers seem so tired & overwhelmed. I sat at the bar & watched them all cough & sneeze but went into the kitchen to blow the nose!!! SMH I knew then outside of the 1 rating customer service I would NEVER spend my $$ in there again. So sad...find another job if you don't like yours. We don't want attitudes for servers.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. We got the calamari, spinach artichoke dip. Pepperoni pizza and truffle pizza. 10/10! That spinach artichoke dip reigned supreme. You can tell Chef Bennie Terry really took his time and put love into this food. I will be back!

Lunch outing with coworkers. My first time dining. We had the Brussel sprouts and crab cake appetizers, tomato soup, lobster bisque , grilled cheese, turkey club, and French dip. Our server Che was fantastic! She gave us great recommendations and everything tasted delicious. We also got the bread pudding dessert. Highly recommend!

From the warm welcome we received at the Hostess station to the big smile from our server, Che, as we left - it was a tremendous Birthday luncheon with co-workers! The food was amazing and full of flavor: crab cakes, soups, brusselsprouts, sandwiches - and the bread pudding were all phenominal. But Che, she was our birthday gift. Full of warmth, charm, attention, and we could tell she wanted us to have a 5 star experience. Thank you! We'll be back.

My daughter and I eat here a lot, the drinks are great, top tier bar mixologist, the servers are really top tier especially the young black guy that just got engaged. However we have noticed the food tastes old and precooked. Now we know why it’s never crowded there, but we noticed the food being bad the last few times. Will not eat here anymore. Lobster bisque was scraped from the bottom of the pot, turkey was old on sandwich, my daughter’s salmon was overcooked.

Chef Bennie’s culinary skills and his prep line and all of the servers are amazing! The food at Perimeter Mall’s Nordstrom Ruscello Restaurant is savory and leaves you satisfied wanting to return. Their breakfast and lunch menu offer a variety of robust options! If you shop at Nordstrom, take a break and stop by the restaurant! You will not be disappointed!

Our server Shay was simply amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave many perks and rave reviews regarding popular dishes served at Ruscello. I'm glad I chose this hidden gem for my bday (03/08)!! The food was amazingly delectable and delightful! I will be coming back soon.

Turned music up way too loud and had to ask twice to turn down. Waitress was good but she had to correct a few things - sweet tea vs unsweetened, etc. Just not what I expected from Nordstrom.

I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. I work down stairs in Perimeter mall and I placed an order (was confirmed) then I was randomly hung up on. I walked up to go get my food and turns out the order was never placed… the host is very rude and her attitude needs to be checked. Their food is mid and the employees are always confused for some reason??? NEVER EVER consistent. Might as well close this location down.

We really enjoyed our lunch. We had the special grilled cheese with short rib and upgraded to the parmesan truffle fries. And of course we also needed the kalamata olive fry dipping sauce. All were excellent and Tony, our server, we friendly and professional. It was a great after holiday lunch!
