This spot is a go to after work. The staff’s fabulous. Che is a blessing. The hamburger, pasta, salmon, salad and soups are delicious. Shoutout to the chefs.

Our server Shay was simply amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave many perks and rave reviews regarding popular dishes served at Ruscello. I'm glad I chose this hidden gem for my bday (03/08)!! The food was amazingly delectable and delightful! I will be coming back soon.

Service was wonderful. The food was very good perhaps a bit less salt. My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed the dishes we ordered.

Turned music up way too loud and had to ask twice to turn down. Waitress was good but she had to correct a few things - sweet tea vs unsweetened, etc. Just not what I expected from Nordstrom.

I WISH I could give this place 0 stars. I work down stairs in Perimeter mall and I placed an order (was confirmed) then I was randomly hung up on. I walked up to go get my food and turns out the order was never placed… the host is very rude and her attitude needs to be checked. Their food is mid and the employees are always confused for some reason??? NEVER EVER consistent. Might as well close this location down.

We really enjoyed our lunch. We had the special grilled cheese with short rib and upgraded to the parmesan truffle fries. And of course we also needed the kalamata olive fry dipping sauce. All were excellent and Tony, our server, we friendly and professional. It was a great after holiday lunch!

You would never think a restaurant in a department store would be so good. What a nice surprise! I was there several times over the holidays and I have had no complaints whatsoever. Try it! And it has a full bar.

The service was very slow and they were not busy. Our coffee was cold. We had to ask for more and that took 20 minutes. Not what I expected and it was disappointing.

Let me start by saying I work downstairs and have been coming to Ruscello for over 2 years now, never had any issues until today. And to not be accommodated when I’m a regular is just insane after today’s events. My lunch break was at 4:30. I called and placed an order for a shrimp pizza at 4:10pm (20 minutes before my lunch) the girl said it’ll take 10-15 minutes which is perfect because I needed my food to be ready. I got upstairs at 4:35pm just for them to tell me they need an additional 10-15 minutes??? So because I had to wait I sat down and ordered a glass of wine, which I never intended on doing because my food should’ve been ready. I finally get my pizza at 4:50. The pizza I received was burnt AF and even the girl (with a blonde ponytail) who brought it to me acknowledged that and immediately had them remake it. She told me it would be 10 minutes to remake which I let her know then I’m on a lunch break and only have 20 minutes left and I ordered it 30 minutes ago. I waited until 5:05 before I asked for a refund but the pizza came out at the same time so I left it alone. I open the pizza box and this pizza is UNDERCOOKED!! Clearly because they rushed and tried to have it to me in 10 minutes? So I asked for a refund because I wasn’t eating that at all the way it looked, they said the manager was in a meeting and couldn’t speak with me. In the end, I still had to pay for my drink AFTER I wasted my entire hour lunch break there when originally I called my order in early so it would be ready when I got there. I couldn’t even eat lunch literally didn’t have time to order from anywhere else in the mall after this AND I got back to work late, I’m so irritated and I WAS a regular who dined with Che every time I was there so I’m just extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled (she wasn’t there and I really wish she was). The last time I was there was this past Tuesday with Che and got the same exact order with no problems. The fact that I even still had to pay for my drink was crazy when the only reason I ordered a drink is because my food wasn’t ready, literally the only reason…and the manager was too “busy” to speak with me. I will not be back and will tell all of my Apple coworkers the same because that’s just absurd. $40 on what??? AND y’all were dead at the time I see if it was packed. There were 2 tables with people at it, bar empty. So disappointed and probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced all year. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and the fact that I always recommended y’all to my cowered, never again!!!!

I met my friend for lunch at Ruscello on the top floor of Nordstrom’s Perimeter Mall.I had eaten at the Nordstrom’s Phipps Plaza thinking the experience would be the same. Was I surprised how much more elegant the atmosphere was when I sat down. The staff’s attention was right on the mark. I ordered the Salmon Nicoise salad and my friend decided on the lemon chicken enocchi. Both dishes were outstanding far exceeding my experience at Phipps. I would recommend this lovely spot for a bite or a full meal. You won’t be disappointed with the selection and also the prices. A great value!!

Nice place for brunch lunch with friends. We send there for my friends birthday and the service was awesome! The waitress was very friendly and our food came out quickly and everything tasted amazing! Glad to discovered this restaurant.

We have made a tradition of having family lunches at Ruscello. Every time before it has been a nice experience overall. It has been a year since we were in and what we found was a notable decline in management and service. Our server was a combination of untrained and apathetic toward her job. Our drink orders took 15 minutes, our appetizers another 15 and our entrees arrived more than 30 minutes after the appetizers. I don't put the blame on the kitchen. The food was properly prepared but parts were cooled from sitting in the pickup line. It was unfortunate all around.
