I was on my daily walk and stopped by. As a new customer I felt very welcomed and at ease. Tommy did a good job explaining the menu to me and Cayla did an amazing job ringing me up and making my bowl. I will be back again
Tommy presents a great example of customer service and knowledge of the company. He is so welcoming and made my overall experience better. He even convinced me to try a new bowl when I was unsure of what to get. I ended up loving it. Highly recommend this rush bowls and you’re lucky if you get Tommy. :)
I come to rushbowls maybe 5 days weekly now after the gym. I love how they have the nutrition information available! However I specifically come to this location though it takes me another 30 minutes because of the professionalism and care I see from Thomas! He’s outstanding and has exceeded my expectations so far that I’ve decided the drive is worth it. The world needs more people like him!
