Where can I start? Well first off I come here AT LEAST 3x a week since I’ve discovered Rusty Taco 3 months ago. The staff is 10/10 and delivers a amazing, kind and welcoming experience everytime I stop by. I’ve been on the hunt for a quality taco spot for a while and this place is everything I was looking for. Their tacos, rolls, burritos, sides are all delicious. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their shrimp tacos and wish they were on the Taco Tuesday menu. If the Shrimp tacos made the taco Tuesday menu I will be there EVERY Tuesday.

I don’t normally leave harsh reviews, but my experience with Rusty Taco made me dig deeper into what can only be described as a disaster pretending to be a restaurant.
Let’s start with management — because that’s where the real problem lies. The upper management at Rusty Taco is, quite frankly, horrible. According to a plethora of articles, they recently fired their employees and gave them only a two-day notice, leaving people completely blindsided. No respect, no compassion, no attempt to communicate or do right by the team that helped build their business. That kind of treatment reveals exactly what this company is behind the scenes — indifferent, unfeeling, and reflected perfectly in the quality of their food.
As for the restaurant itself, the food absolutely does not justify the prices. The tacos are mediocre at best — dry tortillas, bland fillings, and tiny portions for what they charge. It is almost insulting how little effort goes into the quality considering how expensive everything is. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect fresh ingredients and consistent flavors, not something that tastes like it was made in the dumpster.
The vibe of the place could have potential, but it just feels soulless — like management stripped away everything that makes a restaurant fun or welcoming. You can feel the lack of care from the top down.
Rusty Taco’s leadership seems focused on cutting corners rather than creating a good product or supporting their people. It’s honestly disappointing to see a brand treat both customers and employees this way. Until there’s a serious change in how this company is run, I wouldn’t recommend Rusty Taco to anyone.
If you want real tacos in Atlanta — flavorful, authentic, and made by people who actually care — go to Rreal Tacos or El Tesoro instead. Both deliver better food, better service, and actually seem to value humanity.

Ok So… this is My 2nd time here, because of BARRY, Chan, Tae, and YAY… were VERY HELPFUL. Barry, especially was very PATIENT and INFORMATIVE… made me feel right at home and happily took my order. Gave me exceptional customer service, because of him… I will be back and send more here. So happy Barry is here!

First time trying this place . Atmosphere was nice , however the male cashier who took my order lacked greeting professionalism . He just looked at me with a blank stare. No hi can I help you or nothing . It was very rude , I won’t be coming back anytime soon at all .

Rusty Taco is hands down my go-to spot! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve ever met. They consistently take great care of me and make every visit enjoyable.
Barry was a wonderful experience! He explained to me to me as it is my first time visiting Rusty Taco! I hope the food is as good as his customer service!

The food is AWESOME.. Hot off the grill ... Delicious... Abd Barry was the first one who smiled and said hello from the grills. Once I tasted the food, I KNEW, I would be back! The 2nd time I came there I met Shar or her name was Shay, anyway I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat and she was kind and answered ALL my questions and she had AMAZING customer service, she was very attentive! I love this place and im sure I will let others know about it as well!

Man, I walked in and was greeted and made to feel welcome. I ordered a brisket taco, I didn’t know how big it was or how good it was. I had to get more!!! The service was fantastic. Everyone needs to try this place. I guarantee you will return.

The staff is pretty polite, however they do seem to delay making pick-up orders quite a bit. They also got my order wrong. I do like that you can fill the sauce cups yourself. The worse part of the burrito was that my burrito was legitimately dripping with grease, as you can see in the picture.
