Worst service of a Ruth Chris ever. Manager on duty couldn’t care less. Quality was bad, service bad. Don’t go here just because of the fancy name. This location is HORRIBLE! Management doesn’t care

My family had Christmas Dinner here. We waited over an hour for our meal after ordering. Out of 6 meals, 3 steaks were not cooked as ordered so they had to be returned. One of those had to be returned again so everyone ended up with their meal at a different time. The manager came out but couldn't even be bothered to apologize. I was told there is a dress code and got a voice mail prior to the day reminded me of it. There is also a sign in the lobby. It is not enforced. I was looking at people in sweatpants, camouflage, baseball caps, and pants with holes in them. It was awful. Spent a lot of money for an awful experience. Will never go back to this place.

I enjoyed dinner here . the food was amazing , the atmosphere was incredible and the service was top tier. the only thing i didn’t like was the valet service guys was being too pushy about a tip that was already given to the other guy who took my car when i arrived .

Scott was wonderful, Service was all that from Scott. :🥴. A party of 8 . Four of us order chicken, three others order steak and one other ordered lamb chops. Everyone who ordered chicken was disappointed .Chicken was tough, dry and not done inside. Lamb chops and steak was awesome. Will not visit Buckhead Ruth Chris again. Very disappointed

Hannah is the BEST server I have ever had. Not only does she do her job well but she definitely made my whole table feel comfortable and had us cracking up. I love her will definitely be back for her .. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Hannah was amazing! She said it was only her 4th day working. (Could’ve fooled me) she was so funny and charming! Helped my boyfriend plan to ask me out. She was so sweet and kind!!! she deserves a million dollar raise.

The food here was absolutely amazing as I’m a frequent flyer at Ruth Chris. What really made my experience was the people, being Stephanie & Nabil. I felt like I never had to ask for anything as they were making sure I was ok through out my experience. From the water always being full to the above and beyond experiences Stephanie provided. It’s the little things that Stephanie did like teaching me more on how steaks and wines pair together. Thank you again we will definitely be back to eat here and specifically from Stephanie and Nabil!

We had a reservation at 6:45 and we were immediately seated. Granted we were there on a random tuesday night everything was still held to a great standard. Our server Hannah was AMAZING! Educated us on the menu, very quick, and overall made the whole experience with her warming personality. Go see Hannah!

I’m a regular here for yearssss, and the new manager on duty at night on a Wednesday is rude and distasteful! It was a slight problem with my food and he was completely unprofessional with a bad attitude about handling the situation. He even asked me to show me a picture from months ago of how my food looked when i visited that time, in comparison to the food this time. He claimed he had been there 6 years but that was a lie… a member of staff told me that he was apart of the company for that long, but not that exact location in which i already knew . If it wasn’t for the bar staff, I would have been completely disappointed with my experience.

It was a beautiful lunch. It's a delicious experience and great restaurant. We had barbecue shrimp, spicy shrimp, Caesar salads , crab stuff mushrooms, french fries, and asparagus. I love it!

My friend and I met up here for lunch to celebrate my birthday and the service was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they were even open for lunch so if you’re looking for lunch in the Buckhead area, avoid the “rules” of some of these newer restaurants and make reservation here! The hostess wished me a Happy Birthday immediately and walked us over to the table. Our server Conrad was incredibly kind and gave us impeccable service. The lunch offerings are not as expansive as the dinner menu, but it was perfect for early afternoon fare and equally as delicious as the dinner menu. If you’re in the area during lunch hours, do yourself a favor, get a table, ask for Conrad and get a 5 start experience mid-day. We will definitely return when we come back to the Buckhead area
