Ruth's Chris Steak House

They bought our steak undercooked. We celebrate our 18 year anniversary. They didn’t even order offer us any dessert they try to overcharge us on the drinks when we already paid for our drinks at the bar. I really don’t recommend it.

Absolutely disappointed. Ruth Chris used to be my favorite!! This food is not as tasteful anymore. The lamb chops were cooked perfect but had no flavor, tasted like water almost. They brought lamb chops out an hour later , I ordered mashed potatoes, but the waiter said they were out after I’ve waited 1hour. So the waiter said he would give me a baked potato and mash it for me. Idk why he thought it was okay to season my baked potato hisself. the baked potato was Absolutely too salty and spicy, idk what he added but my blood pressure was through the roof. It was absolutely horrible and disgusting. The food was too expensive to have experienced this. Absolutely no remorse from the staff. The waiter was kind though and I still tipped him. Idk what’s going on up there, but the prices need to drop asap bc as tasteless as the food was. It doesn’t deserve those expensive prices. Ppl came in smelling like marijuana, I left soon as the food came out. I didn’t get to sit and enjoy my food after waiting a hour and the whole place smelling like marijuana.

The waitress was amazing! I plan to go back for the seabass and salmon and I’ll be asking for her! The food was very underwhelming. The calamari was ok, the potatoes didn’t really taste like it had any seasoning and the steak just wasn't good at all. The bleu cheese crust wasn’t edible I just took it off it was so bad. Kind of disappointed because it was my first time there.

Worst service of a Ruth Chris ever. Manager on duty couldn’t care less. Quality was bad, service bad. Don’t go here just because of the fancy name. This location is HORRIBLE! Management doesn’t care

My family had Christmas Dinner here. We waited over an hour for our meal after ordering. Out of 6 meals, 3 steaks were not cooked as ordered so they had to be returned. One of those had to be returned again so everyone ended up with their meal at a different time. The manager came out but couldn't even be bothered to apologize. I was told there is a dress code and got a voice mail prior to the day reminded me of it. There is also a sign in the lobby. It is not enforced. I was looking at people in sweatpants, camouflage, baseball caps, and pants with holes in them. It was awful. Spent a lot of money for an awful experience. Will never go back to this place.

I enjoyed dinner here . the food was amazing , the atmosphere was incredible and the service was top tier. the only thing i didn’t like was the valet service guys was being too pushy about a tip that was already given to the other guy who took my car when i arrived .

Scott was wonderful, Service was all that from Scott. :🥴. A party of 8 . Four of us order chicken, three others order steak and one other ordered lamb chops. Everyone who ordered chicken was disappointed .Chicken was tough, dry and not done inside. Lamb chops and steak was awesome. Will not visit Buckhead Ruth Chris again. Very disappointed

Hannah is the BEST server I have ever had. Not only does she do her job well but she definitely made my whole table feel comfortable and had us cracking up. I love her will definitely be back for her .. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Hannah was amazing! She said it was only her 4th day working. (Could’ve fooled me) she was so funny and charming! Helped my boyfriend plan to ask me out. She was so sweet and kind!!! she deserves a million dollar raise.

The food here was absolutely amazing as I’m a frequent flyer at Ruth Chris. What really made my experience was the people, being Stephanie & Nabil. I felt like I never had to ask for anything as they were making sure I was ok through out my experience. From the water always being full to the above and beyond experiences Stephanie provided. It’s the little things that Stephanie did like teaching me more on how steaks and wines pair together. Thank you again we will definitely be back to eat here and specifically from Stephanie and Nabil!

We had a reservation at 6:45 and we were immediately seated. Granted we were there on a random tuesday night everything was still held to a great standard. Our server Hannah was AMAZING! Educated us on the menu, very quick, and overall made the whole experience with her warming personality. Go see Hannah!
