Stopped by the location at Ponce City Market and ordered a Paris-Brest described as "praline & hazelnut cream in toasted pastry" to have after our evening meal. It was lacking in flavor of any kind - not at all sweet (and I prefer Asian desserts that are less sweet) with very little praline or hazelnut flavor. It was more like eating a very pretty spoon of solid milk. Pass on that one. Maybe other choices would be better, but we were traveling so this was our one opportunity to try it. :-(
We saw all the beautiful colors in the glass cases while walking by and had to stop for a sweet treat. As much as I would like to give the baked goods a high rating, we struggle to give anything more than 3 stars.
My husband tried the key lime tart- which looked great. The flavor of the filling was spot on, BUT something about it was off overall. The crust of the tart was tasting stale and dry. Almost as if it had been sitting out for too long. I’m sure it would have been better if it were fresh.
My parents and I all shared a variety of macrons. We love a good macron but these are also hard to give good ratings to when you try multiple flavors and they all come out extremely chewy or cracking dry with no in between perfection. The flavor was good and I really enjoyed the scent of the lavender macron, but again, these missed the mark.
Overall, the service was good and the ambiance of Ponce City Market is one to enjoy. Not sure what was happening with the treats today, but we left disappointed with our deserts.

Creative and pretty cakes that are tasty and have unique flavors but are not worth the price (personally).
The igloo, apple, and lemon cakes are cold almost like ice cream (would they melt?), but have an icey texture. The tart portion of the apple cake has a jellylike consistency that was not for me (expected something more like custard).

Good coffee and pastries. The pistachio croissant was delicious. Service was quick, and an employee stopped another customer from trying to take our drinks after they were placed on the counter which I appreciated.

Saint Germain Bakery at Ponce City Market is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the gorgeous display of pastries and desserts stole the show.
First, let’s talk about the macarons. They’re absolutely stunning — vibrant colors, perfectly shaped, and incredibly tempting. We couldn’t resist snapping a picture! The selection includes a rainbow of flavors, each macaron carefully crafted with a delicate shell and creamy, flavorful filling. The red, orange, green, and blue ones looked like edible works of art.
Then there’s the tart selection — a feast for the eyes and the taste buds! We were blown away by the variety of beautifully golden tarts: Blueberry Almond Tart, Pear Almond Tart, and Apple Almond Tart, all meticulously prepared and perfectly glazed. The Almond Raspberry Tart with fresh raspberries on top caught our attention and delivered on flavor.
To top it off, we enjoyed two double-shot espressos, which were rich, bold, and the perfect companion to our pastries. The coffee was expertly brewed, hitting that sweet spot between smoothness and intensity.
If you’re looking for a bakery that delivers both exceptional quality and presentation, Saint Germain Bakery is the place to go. Whether it’s macarons, tarts, or a perfectly brewed espresso, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Ponce City Market — this spot is worth every calorie!

Food is good but somewhat overpriced . Rude and bitter lady ( middle aged, blonde short hair ) taking orders made us wonder if we would come back.

This is Saint-Gerémain Bakery located in Ponds City Market. This is a great place to taste authentic French desserts. There were no seats in the store, so I had no choice but to take out, but there were plenty of extra seats in the hallway, so it was okay. The shape of the cake is truly a work of art, and it tastes great compared to sweet American desserts or cakes.

I'm not from here so it was a little complicated finding the location but I'm so glad I did. I came specifically for the macaroons. I live for macaroons and good ones are SO hard to find. I ordered a 12 pack. I ordered pistachio, creme brulee, raspberry, nutella, vanilla, lemon, and salted caramel. My favorite flavor (regardless of where I get it from) is usually pistachio. Now, the filling for the macaroons here are absolutely divine. It is creamy/silky and has the perfect sweetness. The pistachio was very good but that creme brulee was EVERYTHING. I've never had that flavor before but it was soooo good. The vanilla was good and the salted caramel was good. I was not a fan of the nutella. The fruit flavors (raspberry and lemon) were VERY rich in flavor and the flavor of the fruit is REAL strong so if those are fruits that you really like the taste of, then you'll like those flavors a lot. I will DEFINITELY be back. Best macaroons I've tasted since I've been to ATL (and I've tried a couple of other places).
Also, the guy that helped me (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and helpful!

Just left after waiting in line a few minutes and he goes across and takes someone else’s order. I don’t want to make it a race issue but why we were not seen of any importance. I went back and he still didn’t apologize. He continued to make their items and all we wanted was 6macarons. WONT BE BACK!!

This place is The real deal. If you’re thinking, should I get more than a couple six seems like too many and they’re kind of expensive. Trust me, it is worth it. Every now and then you need to treat yourself to something like this it’s heaven. If anybody knows about macaroons, these are truly made from scratch and delicate and rich at the same time. The flavors I usually get are Salted caramel mango mimosa, pistachio, raspberry violet crème brûlée, and strawberry basil. My mouth goes on a vacation with every bite.

Amazing and unique pastries and desserts! Nico was very friendly and helpful in assisting us to pick out some treats since everything looked so good. Will have to come back to try more for sure.

Everything ABOUT this place is SO AMAZING!! I wanna tell MORE of my friends to come here but there's just one issue, the guy with those weird dreads and glasses. He's the dark skinned guy who walks like a creeper or something idk, he never puts his hands down and it gives me like, T-Rex vibes... but listen I visit BOTH Atlanta locations out of three and I've noticed he doesn't listen to the nice white woman who's always so cheerful and perky. She gives me high spirits and I think she's the manager. One day I heard her tell him to smile more but he doesn't and he gives me and my friends creepy vibes. If he's a manager too (so I've heard) that guy is violating health codes by not wearing something to cover his wild beard and his shaggy hair that randomly gets in other people's uncovered food. I didn't wanna say anything but honestly the guy creeps me out, he's always humped over and he looks scary. I guess he's not the worker anymore and that's great bc seeing him made me feel uncomfortable and I can't really put my finger on it so I'm afraid of him serving me and my friends food. Other than that, I wish they'd bring back MORE of the best selling items instead of taking them away, I had a favorite and the vanilla bean desserts are the best???
