The ramen has great presentation and service but it was way too salty for my liking. Even my family members were like it’s too salty. I had to throw it away. I love ramen and everything that comes in it but it was like they poured a cup of salt on the bowl. Hopefully it was just a bad batch of broth. Maybe I’ll try again.

Tried this place out for the first time and needless to say, it will be my last time. Everything about the ramen was bad. Just horrible food. Do not waste your money at this place.

I was in the mood for ramen and got it from this spot where there is a food court. They are located right near one of the entrances. I ordered at the kiosk the spicy ramen with chicken. It took about 15 minutes. When it was ready, it looked really good. When I dug in it as very tasty and had the right amount of spice. I really enjoyed the ramen all in all!

They have 2 kiosks that you can use to order. I just reported both of the cooks eating in front of the test kitchen where they prep food. It's very nasty and distasteful. They will put your order on the counter and talk to other customers while your food is sitting there. I won't be coming back.

My food was delicious! Everything was so fresh, patently seasoned and didn’t take too long. The service was fine was they could have been more friendly. Don’t expect any “hello”, “thank you” or “have a nice day” here!

The food was pretty decent but after about two incidents with this business I will say that the customer service and attitudes of the works SUCK. During one visit I had a worker trying to speak to me 10 feet away, shouting over music and other customers in the seats about a flavor of soda I wanted. Instead of simply coming over to ask me she chooses to shout and get an attitude because I couldn't hear her. Weird. My most recent experience, which will be my last, happened after a bug flew into my food and when I asked for a replacement or refund the "manager" wasn't compliant. I filed a dispute and got my money back anyway since I paid for a service I didn't receive considering the owner took my order back but never gave me anything in return. To other customers: There's other places to eat at this food hall, I think you should choose one of those versus this place.

I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp. A said hello and started to order with the lady who was standing there. She cut me off and told me to order from the kiosk. Kind of rude but okay. I ordered and when I picked it up, the order came oily. Like dripping oil. Will not go back.

The noodles were too soft. Reminded me of top ramen. The ingredients didn’t fit well and not enough broth.

This restaurant at the works food court is self order. They have 2 pads to order from. There can be a wait to use these self order stations. However, food comes out quite quickly. There were only 2 staff cooking and packing but my food came out within 10min of ordering. Everything was at a good temperature. The pork belly baos were fine. Other than the sweet sauce poured on, the meat seemed bland. The potstickers were fine as well. The main entrees the regular miso and the spicy miso were average. You do get a lot of noodles so for the price tag I felt we got enough food. Still a little pricey. With the miso, it's just a lot of noodle with a small piece of pork and the medium cooked hard boiled egg. If you want any veggies that is additional cost. Overall, it helped with my ramen craving.

ramen was very mid, especially for its price. But it wouldn’t be better if the cost was lower, just less disappointing. The takoyaki was pretty good and the gyoza was not bad.

[May 14] $8 and fast service for two yummy bao’s.[May 30] The ramen bowl is very large and filling but the broth was too salty, the egg was hard-boiled, and the chicken was a little dry.
