Employees were so rude, not helpful and 100% checked out. The ordering process was super obscure and my salad was $19!!!
Spinach, arugula, cucumbers, onions, avocado, chicken, & feta. Does that seem right? I had no way of knowing until the salad was already made.

Avocado was bad, tomatoes were mush. Overall very disappointing, especially for the price.

When I arrived, there was no line, yet the employee working did not acknowledge me or stop what she was doing for several minutes. When she finally did stop, she did not make eye contact, greet me, or ask how she could help. There was no indication that she was ready to take my order. After an uncomfortably long pause, she abruptly snarked, “Are you ready?” while standing halfway down the salad line. I said yes and she again said nothing, simply staring at me without saying a word. 😵💫 Most concerning, she sneezed twice and then immediately proceeded to prepare my salad without washing her hands or changing her gloves. Gross! I regret not walking away instead of paying for an overpriced $19 tiny airport salad.

🤢 the person wiping down the preparation station was constantly wiping her nose with her hand 🤢 Workers were generally not friendly and the area was unsanitary. I paid for my food because it was an awkward situation, then promptly threw it out because I didn't want to risk getting sick. I would really appreciate a refund for the $13+ I spent, and I recommend avoiding this place due to poor food safety standards.

Romaine was super crunchy and tasty! All other ingredients seem good. No vegetarian protein that I could see. Service was adequate.
Too pricey.
Shanorial, General Manager of Salad Works, takes customer service SERIOUSLY! I really appreciate her efforts to articulate important processes and practices to her staff. I enjoyed my interaction with her and will definitely patronize Salad Works upon my return to ATL Airport!!

This is the worst food even for an airport. The chicken was dryer than the croutons. Everything was stale and awful. What a waste of money

The kale in my salad was yellow and littered with stalks. The tomatoes were minced to the point of being a lumpy tomato juice. Half of the salad went into the trash. What a waste of money.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great, healthy option at the airport. The salad wrap was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to choose our own ingredients. Service was excellent — quick, friendly, and efficient.

For an airport meal between connections, the ATL Concourse C SaladWorks provided me a generously sized grilled chicken wrap with pretty good ingredients. The server was friendly, and she prepped my order quickly. The price was airport-appropriate, and the product was above average among my recent air travel meals. I would stop at SaladWorks again on a future trip.

For salad at an airport stand the food was adequate. The staff appeared not to want to be there or we as patrons are bothering them.

My child does not eat meat, the ladies working were so good with her, they used new tongs to make her salad, which in turn made her so happy.

The attendant let us know that there was no cut lettuce (but said there was whole romaine…??) nor salad bowls available, but we could order a wrap…but then it seemed that every thing we requested was unavailable.
So we went across the way to order from somewhere else and while I waited, I noticed the attendant pacing the length of her prep area without refilling any of the missing items or cutting the whole romaine she’d claimed to have. Weird. Seemed like she just didn’t want to do anything.

Saladworks provided great vegetarian food at this airport. There were some dressing options not available, but everything tasted fresh and delicious. I liked the Mandarin orange and apple slices. The chili fried chicken was also great.
