I had a very uncomfortable situation at this establishment on 11/17/2025 7:09 pm . It was my brother's birthday and he was actually treating me to this restaurant for my first time. The young lady was so rude and rushing us to order that it became unsettling. I didn't want to be argumentative so I let it go for the sake of my brother I kept my composure. Good customer service should come with my meal! PERIOD! Shame on you Salata!!!

DISGUSTING. The box that my food came in was disgusting with dried food stains on it and the receipt. Ingredients were missing from my order but I was not notified. My wrap was swimming in dressing even though it was a to go order. Why wouldn’t the dressing be placed on the side? The presentation from this order alone will cause me to NEVER visit this location again.

So expensive for so little food!! There was one in Georgia Tech student center and it was so bad that they went out of business after half a semester. Honestly don’t even bother, there’s a great Vietnamese place right next door

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!I ordered a full-size Greek salad only. I was always told by my coworkers not to order online from here cause they make the worst salads when you order online. For $17 this was absolutely a joke!!! I asked for no tomatoes, but there were tomatoes. I asked for EXTRA EXTRA olives, there were barely any on the salad, and there was like a tablespoon of Pesto chicken in my salad. The portion size was small, but it was paid at the regular price. If you want to waste your money and still be hungry, go here! Unfortunately, I didn't pick up my order, or I would have said something right then!

Says it closes at 7 pm. Doors locked at 6 pm. Not the first time I’ve tried coming to this location and have had an experience like this. Unfortunate cause it’s great food, just can’t seem to get the service even baseline there.

This was my first time visiting Salata at this location, and I was greeted when I walked in. However, I had concerns about food handling. The associate preparing my salad rubbed her nose on the top of her glove, and later touched the inside of her ear with the same glove. While she used tongs throughout the process and I watched carefully to make sure her hand didn’t come near my food, it was still concerning. I should have spoken up, as I normally do, but this time I stayed quiet. Wearing gloves does not prevent the spread of germs unless they are changed frequently especially in the restaurant industry where proper hygiene is so important.

DON’T DO THIS TO YOURSELF
Yesterday (7/17/25), I placed an online order at 12:04pm for a small salad which was to be ready by 12:22pm. When I arrived at 12:30, the order hadn’t even been made. I was told to wait while the staff handled *nearly* everyone else in the line. I was very upset and at 12:45pm, I demanded a refund explaining that I needed to be back at my desk by 1pm, which is why I ordered almost an hour earlier.

The staff of 3 was purely overwhelmed with customers. They were each working hard,!and being detailed with all the other customers but had no capacity to assist me. The gentleman working found my order ON THE FLOOR and proceeded to hurriedly make my salad. While I appreciated the effort, I did not leave the restaurant until 12:58pn and arrived late back to my office.

As a customer, this was an AWFUL experience and it’s going to be quite a while before I return. Why would I sign up to be treated so poorly? Honestly , the staff was doing their best with a bad situation and that’s why I did not raise my voice to them.

They need more people working at this location, during peek times. There are other places to eat in Atlantic Station with far less drama.

TLDR:
- If you’re not in a rush, drop on by! The food is good.
- If you have any time constraints whatsoever, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
- If you order online, they will take your money and hold you hostage when you arrive to pick up your order.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM SALATA. I purchased a small salad today through the Salata app delivery to my job . I paid almost $10 extra for double spicy chipotle chicken and didn’t receive ANY meat at all in my salad.. the bell peppers in the salad were NOT chopped, as well as the other ingredients. I received incorrect sauce that I didn’t even request. I usually frequent this restaurant in person , and it seems as though I’ll just have to stop coming all together because I refuse to waste money or spend money in a place that half asses their orders just because you aren’t there to correct them . I paid $25 for an order that wasn’t even right AND also tipped. The chicken is THE MAIN part of the salad. half of the cost really came from paying EXTRA for double chicken. I refuse to take this as a loss and I hope that my order can be refunded and handled asap. I will take whatever necessary steps that I need to to get this resolved because this is completely inedible to me without the chicken which makes it good otherwise I could get a salad from anywhere. This store has zero sense of concern for paying customers because, there is no reason for me to call the store and get a plain response that “the manager is not in today” and the crew member “didn’t know” the managers name. This is completely unacceptable

It was odd… the server was making my salad today and i got cucumber, when I asked for more cucumber (she/he had gave me plenty, but I only get 4 toppings on my salad and like heavy cucumber) she/he stopped & looked up at me with the meanest scowl. I apologized as he/she was making my food so what was I going to do? But it was the weirdest response as I literally got cucumber, carrot, egg. Its not like I was being a pig.

Such great customer service! From the greeting to the ending. The bowl was made to perfection and the manager hooked me up with a new mixed dressing to try. Will be back!

Turkey Sausage

I drove 30 minutes out of the way to pick up an order only to arrive stand around in a hot restaurant for salads for five minutes only to be told that somebody else picked up the order. The printer machine was down and the reality is is they have not made the order and the lady just pretended like The order didn’t exist. Very dissatisfied will never come here again.
