DON’T DO THIS TO YOURSELF Yesterday (7/17/25), I placed an online order at 12:04pm for a small salad which was to be ready by 12:22pm. When I arrived at 12:30, the order hadn’t even been made. I was told to wait while the staff handled *nearly* everyone else in the line. I was very upset and at 12:45pm, I demanded a refund explaining that I needed to be back at my desk by 1pm, which is why I ordered almost an hour earlier.
The staff of 3 was purely overwhelmed with customers. They were each working hard,!and being detailed with all the other customers but had no capacity to assist me. The gentleman working found my order ON THE FLOOR and proceeded to hurriedly make my salad. While I appreciated the effort, I did not leave the restaurant until 12:58pn and arrived late back to my office.
As a customer, this was an AWFUL experience and it’s going to be quite a while before I return. Why would I sign up to be treated so poorly? Honestly , the staff was doing their best with a bad situation and that’s why I did not raise my voice to them.
They need more people working at this location, during peek times. There are other places to eat in Atlantic Station with far less drama.
TLDR: - If you’re not in a rush, drop on by! The food is good. - If you have any time constraints whatsoever, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. - If you order online, they will take your money and hold you hostage when you arrive to pick up your order.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM SALATA. I purchased a small salad today through the Salata app delivery to my job . I paid almost $10 extra for double spicy chipotle chicken and didn’t receive ANY meat at all in my salad.. the bell peppers in the salad were NOT chopped, as well as the other ingredients. I received incorrect sauce that I didn’t even request. I usually frequent this restaurant in person , and it seems as though I’ll just have to stop coming all together because I refuse to waste money or spend money in a place that half asses their orders just because you aren’t there to correct them . I paid $25 for an order that wasn’t even right AND also tipped. The chicken is THE MAIN part of the salad. half of the cost really came from paying EXTRA for double chicken. I refuse to take this as a loss and I hope that my order can be refunded and handled asap. I will take whatever necessary steps that I need to to get this resolved because this is completely inedible to me without the chicken which makes it good otherwise I could get a salad from anywhere. This store has zero sense of concern for paying customers because, there is no reason for me to call the store and get a plain response that “the manager is not in today” and the crew member “didn’t know” the managers name. This is completely unacceptable

It was odd… the server was making my salad today and i got cucumber, when I asked for more cucumber (she/he had gave me plenty, but I only get 4 toppings on my salad and like heavy cucumber) she/he stopped & looked up at me with the meanest scowl. I apologized as he/she was making my food so what was I going to do? But it was the weirdest response as I literally got cucumber, carrot, egg. Its not like I was being a pig.

Such great customer service! From the greeting to the ending. The bowl was made to perfection and the manager hooked me up with a new mixed dressing to try. Will be back!

I drove 30 minutes out of the way to pick up an order only to arrive stand around in a hot restaurant for salads for five minutes only to be told that somebody else picked up the order. The printer machine was down and the reality is is they have not made the order and the lady just pretended like The order didn’t exist. Very dissatisfied will never come here again.

I have heard about this place but never went. I was in Atlantic Station recently, and I wanted a salad, so I decided to give them a try. They have a huge salad bar with plenty of options. Various lettuces, wraps, veggies, fruit, nuts, cheese, pasta, and protein to choose from. Lemonades and bottled beverages are available as well. Quality and quantity were impressive, in my opinion. The female who was assisting us was cleaning and replenishing the bar yet still attentive to our needs. The little multigrain croissants were an added bonus.

My first experience was all it took and Now I Am hooked!!!😍 Fresh vegetables and any and all to Your Liking. I even ate ingredients I was new too and and the combination was AMAZING 😍 HEALTH IS WEALTH and this is a Great Contributor! Lemonades and Teas refreshingly delicious. Quantity and Quality and Affordable! Two Thumbs Up for SALATA My new Favorite Healthy Eatery. Oh and Free WiFi😀

End of the night 20 minutes til close I met with an employee who decided to clock my pockets. I asked for extra peas extra corn he told me I’m now at the point where it’s a regular size and we hadn’t even gotten to cheese or proteins! I told him ok give me a regular then, where he then started to give me extra of everything even when I didn’t ask for it. He did county shrimp though and gave me a hard time about extra ranch. I then contacted the manager who was exasperated about me asking about their policy and was talking under his breath. I’ll be calling corporate but this location yal beware. A bunch of bigots who treat employees they deem unworthy of respect like garbage.

I had a terrible experience with the staff here. They were unfriendly and unwelcoming, barely acknowledging me. Even when I asked for a cup of water, I received no response. I said thank you, and still, no acknowledgment.
On top of that, I paid extra for baked pita chips and only received four chips in the bag—completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they charged me extra just for requesting my dressing on the side. That felt like a complete scam.
Overall, the service was awful, and I wouldn’t return.
I drove 25 minutes to this location because I was craving the salad but as soon as I called the place to see where they were located because it was hard to find in Atlantic Station, the girl who picked up the phone sounded like she had an attitude that gave me one red flag but I still decided to just go in since I had already drove far then once I get there nobody was by the salad bar and once a guy came to the salad bar I couldn’t understand what he was saying due because he sounded like he didn’t want to be in there, I had to asked him again what he said and he said salad or burrito I had the way he said made not want ti eat from there and I went next door to get food . This was 01/03/2025 around 7pm

One thing I really like about this salad bar is that there are so many toppings and it’s unlimited toppings per bowl! This almost rivals and is a lead competitor to Jason’s Deli. First three different size bowls, small, medium, large. First: pick your base. Second: pick whatever toppings Third: pick protein option (extra $) Love that there are four vegetarian options. Lastly your dressing. It had been awhile since I went here because they renovated. Debbie was friendly, patient and overall helpful in creating my order. In my salad I put chickpeas and falafel which so good and fresh. Never gets too busy. Love the drinks. Plenty of tables. More affordable than Sweet Green! 🙂
Vegetarian options: For protein: Small cubes tofu, great moist fresh everyday falafel, black beans, and seasoned chickpeas! 😋
