Wow, what an awesome experience! We came at the busiest part of lunch hour and the line was wrapped out the door! It looked like a long wait, but it only took 10 minutes to check out. Most of the customers in line looked very impatient and upset, but what they didn't realize is how short staffed they were (only 3 vs 5 employees). The staff looked a bit stressed, but they didn't flinch once! They handled rough customers with a smile and just kept going as fast as possible, way to go I'm super impressed with the attitude and service!

We came at the very busy lunch rush hour. 12:30 pm on 3/19/24. These ladies were short staffed, but they had it going on! Not only were they quick under all the pressure, but they were very kind and friendly. Keep up the good work. The food is always fresh and delicious and the portions are huge!

The salads here are great. The ingredients are fresh and there are plenty of options. The staff is very friendly and efficient, BUT there are not enough workers to cover the lunch rush. When they first opened they would have 8 or so people making salads in the line. Now they have 3 for the busiest time. The employees are doing a great job but they just can’t keep up with the line plus all the online orders they are fulfilling. 5 people in front of you in line will translate into a 20 minute wait. Again this is not the employees fault, it is clearly and management/staffing issue.Great salads though.

I go to Salata on ponce all the time. I should’ve never came to this one—the servers were rude and made fun of me for talking fast. Obviously on my lunch break I may be talking fast but after I was laughed at in my face and told to “calm down,” I actually just repeated the order slower. After saying “can I get 3 Caesar’s on the side please” again, I was told “I sound like I’m getting smart” and “they don’t take rude talk at this establishment.” Mind you I just repeated my request slower like they just asked me to and was receiving hostility. At that point I just nicely said “actually don’t worry about the order, I’m sorry” and left. Will never be back.

The food was great, but what’s the point of ordering online when you get there and they help everyone else AND then decide to make your order AND leave multiple factors out of it. I literally left without salad dressing and they could care less.

Quick moving salad bar with lots of selection. I came towards closing so a few of the base salad greens were not available. Tasty food.

Wish they were open a little longer. They are closed on the weeks and are closed before I get off during the week. Salads are excellent just have to catch them on an off day

Just left Salata. Was in line when only one person was in line before me choosing her salad dressing. I asked for a regular bowl mixed added toppings. I waited as the woman chose her salad dressing and protein. Then I got chose me dressing. A man came up behind me and the guy making my salad turns to him to ask what dressing he'd like and then a convo about the different types of dressing and his ability to taste test comes up. He gives him a cup of dressing to taste and comes back to me to ask what protein I want. I tell him. my salad then sits there for over five to ten minutes as they assemble to go orders and mobile orders before me. I'm in front of line with my credit card out ready to pay for the wilted lettuce (as it sat there for a while) and then she begins packing up someone else's to go order. Mine still not even packages and still sottting in the bowl. I walked away and decided to go to Willys. As I'm walking away I hear severa of the women at the counter "IS SHE LEAVING!??!?!" drawing uneccessary and unwanted attention. They are so loud I hear them from Firehouse. If taking care of to go and mobile orders first is policy tell people that. salad is not something you slap dressing on and let sit like that. she literally was taking new receipts that had just been sent from mobile and placing them before mine. I am the customer in front of you and it would have taken twenty seconds for me to pay and leave but I waited and waited and waited Behind everyone else for what reason I don't know. Like I said there was ONE. Lady in front of me when I came in and somehow three or four people got served before me. Ridiculous

Very fresh ingredients. I got the build your own salad with spinach, romaine, different kinds of fruits, blue cheese, grilled chicken, and lots of other toppings. The chicken was tasted really good. The fruit was nice and fresh too and not mushy like some other salad places. It wasn’t as expensive as sweetgreen or cava too!

Great small salad love this place! Good service but they do need more workers during busy time . Ingredients are fresh and my salads are perfect. Need a quick and good salad, I would give them a try I recommend.

This place makes eating salads enjoyable! The green wrap with shrimp is really good. I usually pair it with the jalapeño avocado sauce. Their small salads usually fills me. My ultimate favorite is the side multi grain croissant. They are so fresh & delicious This is definitely my go to place for salads

My order was never delivered and after talking to the manager several times I still have not gotten my refund. Depending on how often this happen they're going to be filthy rich.

Neat Chipotle-style salad bar, located in Peachtree Center & conveniently a walk from the Hyatt Regency. I was here for a quick healthy bite after finally getting to my hotel. For COVID safety measures, some staff wear masks. Staff also wear gloves and change them frequently. Great variety in bases, veg, toppings, proteins, and dressings (with extra toppings available at no additional cost). The service is kind and quick, asking if you want the salad tossed at the counter and offering complimentary bread. My salad was fine. Veg were decently fresh, protein was cooked well. Even though I asked for less, they do go pretty heavy on dressing-- would definitely be mindful of that. Also offer wraps and beverages. Salata is probably the healthiest option in the food court LOL. I would also give props to the staff who were meticulously looking through the produce to ensure bad/wilted bits were tossed before reaching the customer.

Love their salads. This is my go-to place for salads and healthy food, and tap tea. They literally have every topping you can imagine. (I enjoy the jicama) Their salad dressing and bread is so bomb and fresh! This visit they were out of kale, which made me sad. I also love their salmon and shrimp as my protein. They are not over seasoned and taste healthy. The restaurant is always clean.
