I love the food here ,but the young girls that work here are always in a bad mood. I shouldn’t have to reach over the counter to get my own bag. You r management has some serious work that needs to be implemented. The older woman working was very sweet. I’m not sure I will return.

I really, really enjoyed this place. I love the variety and selection of salads and salad toppings and dressings they have available. This place was excellent. It is the closest you can come to the former salad chain called sweet tomatoes and our soup plantation. I also would like to give them recognition for having an excellent rewards program, I would hope that they would eventually open up a franchise in Buford,Georgia, or somewhere near the mall of Georgia.
First time here. Really fresh and huge portions. The team really worked well in building fast, delicious salad.
Parking: You can park along the street as well, but it might be a few minutes to find a spot. The parking garage has plenty of spots and is the way to go.

This establishment really needs to rework their whole hiring process. I called to ensure one ingredient was in stock because when I had came earlier in the day they were out. They confirmed it was, I drove back to the restaurant and was told that unfortunately were not in stock. They hire people who probably have never worked in a service industry and it shows. Paying $16 for a salad with terrible service just doesn’t sit right. I hope they fix this before people take their business elsewhere.

This was last visit to this place, the service is terrible here, I ordered regular salad and as I don't eat any protein I told her to add some more veggies which she denied in a rude way and was rushing to get me out, I have never felt embarrassed by just asking to pour little bit sauce which she refused in rude way, never again Salata. No way, not even feeling to eat now after this rude behavior.
I order lunch here often and it's always a satisfying meal. i will definitely remain a loyal customer.

ATTITUDE GALORE! First time at this place and the lady with the thick lashes had an attitude the moment I walked in. I had to repeat what I wanted loud and clear and got nothing back but attitude. As a black woman, it sucks seeing another black woman acting in that manner. The salad is actually great but I will not be returning.

My partner recently ordered a salad for me for dinner on a Saturday night and the order details were completely ignored. So either they are hiring careless staff at this store, or they can’t read. My salad was missing blueberries, pesto chicken, tomatoes, dried cranberries, the bread and silverware lol. As in half of the salads ingredients. I called in to speak with a manager and was told to call back on another day and speak with the GM. Darn, quality customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days. I paid for a quality salad and received a piss poor salad at best. This experience was a 0/10. Great thing I wasn’t ordering lunch for my company. This was a trial and they failed miserably. This location will not be getting my business again.
