My salad wrap was pretty tasty, however the customer service was terrible. Two associates were on their phones at the front counter and the guy who made my wrap was rude. No one greeted me upon entry, and no one really talked at all. I felt really uncomfortable. Even when leaving, I said Thank you.... No response. It really sucks to spend your money at an establishment and not feel welcomed. When working with the public you have to do better. Thank you SALATA for the nice wrap, but let's work on the rapport within the building. It's a lot of people who need jobs. If you don't enjoy yours then please get another and don't ruin everyone experience. Thanks again. *The wrap was delicious

Came in about 8:10pm and had to wait a while to be greeted since 1 employee was helping a customer and the rest were cleaning or completing closing duties. I will say my last 2 visits here were not like normal. Not sure where the customer service aspect is going but idk what the change has been. I love coming here multiple times per week but there are other places in my neighborhood even the grocery store w better customer service than this place lately. When someone finally acknowledged my presence it was the guy helping a customer. I saw at least 2 other people there anywho he seemed to be rushing me to make my selections. At the end after dining me up no thank you, have a good night, thank you for your business nothing. I loved this place bc it's walking distance to my home but paying this much for a salad n being treated poorly I should've just went to Publix. Their salads are good but not good enough to keep repeating with poor service.

Well I must say being at Salata on Bill Kennedy Way ended up being an enjoyable experience. From even walking in the door the workers were very cordial and friendly by helping with suggestions because there are so so many salad building options to choose from. The staff were super patient with each customer. The 2 workers Rodney and Bree were very helpful.Rodney made a great suggestion to blend two dressings together which really gave the salad a pop. It had a kale base, topped with radish, walnuts along with proteins such as salmon and also flalafel. GOD bless the entire staff for willingly going above and beyond to make the customers happy. Salata easily gets a five spoon rating. Job well done!

I went for a quick lunch and being this was my first time at Salata I took in the scenery by observing the menu and the decor before starting my order, then turned out that one of the servers was a former student of mine . Natavion made me proud by the way he handle the guest and me while still mainline a profesional decorum . I order a wrap and it was a turkey with all the fixings and I even dropped my wrap and they remade it and that one them the 5 stars because I had them at 4 because of the time I went they were closing and they didn't have everything available but they recovered by showing customer service to me and my friend . I look forward to trying again and know that their are a town of students who work there, so give them grace and treat them how you would of if you worked at their age and they will be so better for the future .

Normally the salad is great, but today after a 10 mile endurance bike ride through Arabia Mountain my lady and I stopped by for salads . Once I got home and opened my salad container I saw lettuce moving and turns out it was a HUGE FLY , I WILL be paying this location a visit tomorrow to make them aware.

There was no one in line. There was one employee making one salad and 3 others standing around talking. After about 5 minutes I said excuse me twice to ask if there was someone else making salads. No one moved. I left…sad… The store was dirty and the ingredients were a mess and needed refreshing.

First time there and the customer service, the food was really good! The line moves pretty quick and it's very organized on how its layed out to get you to the cashier at the other end fast. The inside and tables were very clean and you can tell they are big on presentation. You have so many different options on how to make your salad or salad wraps which is awesome especially if you don't eat certain things, It's all still accommodating! I definitely will be back this week to try more!

Everyone is always friendly and patient! I brought my parents and they had never been so it took them a little longer to figure it out (I go often so I know it well!) and they were helped along the way. Always fresh! Can't go wrong if you want a big salad. ?

I will never be going to the Salata on Bill Kennedy Way SE. This is my 2nd awful experience. I had an online order for pickup. My salad wasn’t ready at the time it said it would be ready so I waited around for 5 minutes to see if it would be put on the shelf. An employee asked for my name in which she picked up my receipt, showed her other employee, and laughed at my receipt most likely at the fact I didn’t tip much FOR AN ONLINE ORDER I PICKED UP MYSELF. Not only was that embarrassing, I paid $15 for a salad that had toppings I didn’t ask for, they gave me a croissant instead of pita chips, and the portion was incredibly small for a “regular” salad. I could get a bigger and cheaper salad at Kroger than here. VERY disappointing. SAVE YOUR $$$$$ FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Food was good. But should keep up with cleanliness. Tables were dirty.A lil pricey for a salad and drink. We had 2 salads and drinks that were over $30

Some times it can be very busy but those who are working still take their time or they leave only two people in the front knowing its different stages to making the salads. Other than that, it's great!

This location continues to serve its customers the undesirable parts of Romaine lettuce. Getting a decent salad here is hit or miss. NO ONE WANTS A SALAD FULL OF UNDESIRABLE, HARD PIECES OR ROMAINE LETTUCE. Leaves would be preferred. This location is second-rate.

I would consider trying maybe another Salata location but not 200 Bill Kennedy Way in Atlanta. , It was filthy(see pic) clearly not enough staff. Disgusting. Get these kids more help and where is management ?? Please do better. Nothing about this experience was BETTER THAN ONE STAR. ALSO, these salads are not cheap, please do better.
