My wife and I walked into Salata at 8:50 to try the place out, it was going to be our first time trying the place out so we were excited. However, after walking in we were expecting to be greeted with a hello but instead we were greeted with a “what do you want, we’re close?” I understand it’s late and you get off in 10 minutes but to be greeted that was just unacceptable. My wife and I just stated that we were good and calmly left and we won’t be back.

Good morning my name iranna . I went in to your restaurant and wanted to buy ice . I wanted to buy a cup of ices. the lady at the counter got mad at me because I should have brought my on cup for ices. She also said yall people come in here all the time and buy a cup for ice. She meant great clips people . I don't like her attitude and that's not professional for your restaurant. No matter what Race we are.

I used to love going to this place until I was treated nice nasty by a young Gray haired woman that worked there. I asked for a little more kale for my salad and in a nice rude way she refused. I am always willing to pay for what I ordered if there was an additional cost I would have paid it, but she flat out refused. This caught the attention of almost everyone in line. Why was i not allowed to have mt salad my way. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth I don't ever want to visit that location again.

Shrinkflation is real when you get the wrong employee making your salad. I got barley a scoop, meanwhile the person behind me got 2 big scoops without having to ask.
I have no problem paying but when you order a regular and get a small 🥺
Thankfully the woman at the register added a little more.
I haven't been here in about 4 months and the change is very noticable

This is my favorite salata. I frequent the establishment as often as I can. I love the salad and the service. But I believe i have some responsibilities for the service i receive. They have an app, I had trouble navigating. One of the employees was gracious to get me into the app to receive credits and benefits.

"Bruh man" got upset because I asked him to use the tongs when making my salad instead of his hands.

I’ve now had two horrible experiences at Salata on Ponce, and I should have learned my lesson the first time. This place has gone completely downhill, and it’s clear something has changed—maybe new management? Regardless, it’s terrible.

The moment you walk in, you’re hit with an awful smell like sewage. I bought a salad, and it was so disgusting I couldn’t eat it. When I returned it, the experience only got worse. The general manager was loud, rude, and unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know how to work the system properly, gave me a hard time about issuing a refund, and made the whole situation unnecessarily frustrating and unpleasant.

I’m honestly shocked this place still has a 4.1-star rating because it’s a disaster. Save yourself the trouble don’t waste your time or money here. I won’t be back, and I want others to be warned.

Ordered a salad with an avocado and they gave me a rock solid, unripe avocado and still charged me for it. Wasn't even able to eat it.

I just left here. I was told that they’re taking online orders only in order to keep the line down… This completely defeats concept of a counter serve salad bar… the place was almost completely empty except for two ppl who seemed just as confused as I was. If you guys are struggling to keep up that bad hire more staff or pause your online orders so you can service the customers standing in front of you…

I recently visited the Atlanta area, and a friend introduced me to your wonderful establishment. I was truly impressed by the freshness and flavor of your ingredients. Do you have plans to expand to the North Florida area, perhaps in Jacksonville? I could honestly enjoy your food every single day. You have a remarkable way of making salads fun, fresh, and effortless. I requested the jalapeño avocado salad dressing paired with grilled chicken, along with pasta, mixed greens, spinach, red onions, and pita chips. It may be simple, but it’s absolutely delicious.
Thank you!
