I came in with my daughter last night on a whim to grab a quick bite before we saw The Little Mermaid. We were seated in less than a minute and the customer service throughout was PHENOMENAL. Our waitress was Tasha and she was so patient with my daughter and I & very knowledgeable of the menu. Checked in consistently and went above and beyond. And Frank, who I am assuming is the manager, was very hands on and working just as hard as the staff members. He was always on the floor, whether cleaning up or making friendly conversation with those dining in. Also he absolutely made my daughter’s night! She wore an Ariel costume for our movie showing and he told her she was the most beautiful princess he’d ever seen and he asked if she could get a brownie with ice cream scoops on the house because of that! She was beaming from the inside out. This meant a lot to her (and to myself) because when we were walking to grab food from exiting the car she admitted to feeling self-conscious (“weird” as she worded it) because she thought people would stare or pick on her. As a mom of course I came to defense and shared that she has to be confident and not care what anyone thinks as long as she felt good. But when Frank (and Tasha as well) boosted my girl and showed so much kindness and like she was a real princess, it made her soar. Her head was held high for the rest of the evening! What probably seemed like a small gesture to them made our entire night!! Thank you Frank and Tasha! As far as food, everything was hot and fresh. They served us pretty quickly. We were in and out in less than an hour (Thursday night). My daughter had a cheeseburger with fries. I had the wings with the Asian slaw and a Caesar salad. My only, only complaint would be that the wings were dry. Flavor was great but without them being saucy or no dipping sauce, it was hard to enjoy them. Usually I would never get dessert (we just aren’t really the type to do sweets) but that brownie he gave us….. OMG. Absolute heaven. Flaky, fudgy, chocolaty goodness. And it was humongous!! Im positive I’ll be back for that again - and for that amazing customer service.
A little bummed out by a really lackluster experience. Took a half hour for our food to arrive with less than ten guests in the restaurant.I ordered the shrimp frittata (picture included). It was extremely bland and very overcooked. I took a few bites and ended up sending it back. The server was accommodating and removed it from our ticket. I’m not entirely sure why the frittata was served with half a strawberry. My boyfriend got the burger and was disappointed it it as well. I tried a bite and the patty was oddly fatty. The only flavor I could pick up was Liquid Smoke. We won’t be back. Excellent food is hard to find and you’d be better off searching elsewhere.
We have been sleeping on this place! Came in for Father’s Day following our movie. The food and drinks were AMAZING. Great brunch options. Tasha was great and was very knowledgeable of the menu and provided excellent recommendations.
Came in with my family very nice place our server Tasha was very nice explain the menu in detail we order the egg rolls to start they were very delicious then order the fish and chips and trout which was very tasteful definitely will be back
Shannon was a wonderful server! She was observant, had plenty of good suggestions for meal options, and super personable. Not to mention, the music is a vibe. We will be back and bring friends and family too!
Food was seasoned well and was very filling. I had fish and chips. Fish looked extra crispy but it was so tender. Also had oysters Rockefeller. Oysters were a good size, good taste. Tried the Mother of All Mimosas. It was soo good! Our waitress was Tasha and she and the manager were very attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was chill with great music to rock side to side to but not disrupt dinner. Will definitely return and recommend to others
This was a nice experience! Our server Tasha was great, super real and had awesome recommendations. The meatballs were really good and the drinks were as well! Definitely coming back.
This was my first time Salt Factory Pub and it did not disappoint!!!! It was a total vibe! We started off with the Rockefeller Oysters they were plump, juicy and packed full of flavor! Our waitress Tasha recommended the Enchanted Smash to drink and it’s a bourbon based drink and it was smooth and refreshing. My entree was The Applewood Steakhouse burger with home cut fries! Let me say the sexy angus burger lacked nothing! The BEST burger I have had in a very long time! Everything from the service to the aesthetics were warm and welcoming. 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!!!!! Located in the Madison Yards in East Atlanta!!! Get there and enjoy!!!
I have dined here several times and each time I have had a great experience. Our server, Tasha G was fantastic! The manager, Frank was also fantastic. He came over to chat and to find out about our dining experience. Our great conversation resulted in him offering desert on him. It was delicious. Thanks!!
Stopped by for a beer and a bite to wait out the Atlanta traffic. Jay took great care of me at the bar and was very personable. The district manager even stopped by to make sure my experience was great, and it was. Great drinks and even better food. Had the pulled pork tacos and loved them. Will be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone else. Great atmosphere and great vibes.

Lighting and music set the mood for an enjoyable dinner with family. Request Justice as your server! Friendly and provided exceptional service. He recommended the chicken fried chicken and tortellini. Delicious! Very tasty food and large portions! Overall experience was a 5 out of 5. Looking forward to going back with friends.
Parking: Free. Plenty of spaces to park.
I had the Chicken Tortellini and my wife had the Chicken fried chicken. Both meals were really good. Our server named Justice did an excellent job. For him to be so new, he had a good knowledge of the menu and was very friendly. Overall we had a great experience.
I came in for the first time on a random Tuesday and instantly fell in love. I immediately knew this would be my after work spot. Courtney, Jay, Ashley, and Bianca have all been wonderful! So far I have loved the broiled oysters and the Louisiana egg rolls. Please come here and I promise they will take care of you!
Was back again for dinner this time and the service was outstanding (as was the last time)! Our server, Frederick (if I'm not mistaken), was cool, funny, helpful, made great recommendations, and when I gave my feedback on something, he seemed to be genuinely interested in hearing me out. Great booze selection, great food selection, great covered patio seating, and again, great service. Definitely a great option to have in the neighborhood!
Parking: Big lot across the entrance
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!I Got half way thru my chicken sandwich only to find a long piece of plastic cooked into the middle. Absolutely disgusted. The atmosphere is depressing because it's super dark. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The bartender was pleasant.Update:Frank, Director of Operations, asked me to contact him because they wanted to make things right. I emailed and crickets, no response. It seems poor service is common practice.
