I love shopping with Sams Club in store but Im not loving the online ship to home experience at all. Your drivers dump my deliveries by the road. I have a massive drive around driveway on a 2 acre lot anf they deliver on the curb without notification.

Very disappointed in the photo department when using video services. We used the video service 2 different times to convert VHS tapes to DVD. The first was this past summer and they lost the DVD in the store after it was delivered back from the production company.. An employee in another department signed for it and it was lost for over a week. Unfortunately we were leaving the country to visit relatives to give them the DVD as a gift! We had to mail later to a tune of
