The server and Manger are very rude in this establishment. My order was incorrect and when I called back to complain about it she was very rude and nasty even called me old.
This was my second time visiting this spot . From what I experienced , the staff was only concerned about the “regulars” and the “bikers” . My friend & I received lousy service.. We then get approached by this biker guy SHAFT who asked us if we were having a good time. We explained to him , not really because the service was lousy . He became very defensive & very very disrespectful, saying we were lying , saying we were opportunist , saying I didn’t have $7 to pay for my drink . Who is this dude & why would he approach us , the customers if he didn’t care to listen to our concerns? He then began saying I did 22 years on the military , like so what !! I’m also a veteran and have over 30years service with the #1 telecommunication company in the world .Please don’t insult my intelligence , rude whack dude!!Please watch the footage on the cameras to see this guy approach us! . I’m not a complainer but was very dissatisfied with the service . I really hope the owner reads this . Please advise your staff that customer service is really important . They’re the ones that sets the standard if a customer will come back or not. In this case, NOT !! . I myself worked in this capacity as well , part time & I made sure I serviced all of my customers ! What a waste of a Tuesday night, highly disappointed !!

The only thing nice was the waitress Amber. The burger was salty. After 30 minutes, I never got my margarita pitcher, so I canceled it. The bartender did not know how to make/take orders in order. Most ridiculous thing I've seen in a while. I'm watching her bad bartending...SMH. I live close so thought I'd give this place another try. Not again.

Wanted to find a low key spot with good drinks, and found this. Food was good, 8/10 and my server was great but the Bartender Toy was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not need to work in any customer facing job. She did not even know how to make a simple margarita. If I could leave a lower rating I would because I am big on energy and customer service however I do not want to take away the goodness of this business itself.

Came across this spot on Valentine’s Day with my husband. It was around lunch so it wasn’t that many there, but the drinks were good and strong. We didn’t get a chance to get food, but we’ll definitely be back again. We had a hurricane drink and a Bob Marley. Our server was new but she was a vibe, she really engaged with us and we had a good time.

Had my worst experience here 2/28. Took an hour to get food and we were overcharged. New waitress needs better training, she was polite but they didn't do nothing to make the bad service right.
The whole staff is incompetent and doesn’t care about service or quality of food. Ordered a loaded baked potato, it was incorrect and raw. I am always over in there area and decided I would just go back and get my meal replaced. Mind you I would come here often and bring a host of people. Literally would bring like 6-8 people with me every time I came. So, on this particular day I called Called back and notified the manager, she (Ms. Jones) said she would put my information in the office and she instructed me to just notify them when I got there and also gave my name so I could receive my replacement meal. I go there the same exact day but it was later on that night. I informed them of the issue I had and also let them know my name should be on the board. Well unfortunately Ms. Jones was gone by this time and I was told by kitchen manager (a guy) that my name wasn’t on any type of board and that it was impossible for my potato to be raw because he doesn’t make raw food! I was completely confused at why he was so aggressive when speaking to me because I never accused him of making raw food, I simply informed him of the issue I had experienced. I never once asked for a refund and could have done just that & washed my hands with Sandtown pub. After he stated such a rude comment to me I asked for a refund & after he gave it to me & he told me that my money wasn’t needed at Sandtown pub and not to come back & if I had an issue with it I could contact Ms. Jones myself. Again, I’ve never done anything to him and I would come in there at least once a week sometimes 2! So, It’s just sad that when you try to stay in your area & support your own that this is how we are treated! They don’t have to worry about me anymore!

Every time I stop in for a drink to relax, I know it’s gonna be a good experience. If you guys happen to stop in, make sure you ask for Tab at the bar. She’s funny, personable and takes great care of everyone. I can’t wait to come back again.
