Last time I came, chicken teriyaki was close to $9 and they increase their extra meat price. Now it’s $10 and their extra meat price increase as well AGAIN! This guy had the audacity to give me burnt meat top it off the portion of the meat I paid for was not worth it!! Their Tuesday special is NOT WORTH getting it just as their last special buy one get one for $6 (I think)!! Unless you’re very hungry, I do not recommend this place!! I GUARANTEE that you will get RIPPED off!!

Food was cold and tasteless. Staff is not nice, you can tell they are unhappy working there and do not care if you’re food was made wrong, they will not fix their errors. I was still speaking with the cashier and she tried to dismiss me by calling the next person in line. So rude. To expensive for the quality and hassle.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki meal. I asked for no rice, only veggies and double meat 2 times. I asked if the two sides of double meat be placed in a separate container. As I was taking it home. They explained they couldn't. So I asked for a second plate to do myself, so she charged me for another plate. Their communication, understanding and xuatimwr service it's a lot to be desired. My egg roll was burnt and greasy. Upon going to grab napkins, after I had taken a few bites, a roach ran from the sushi glass area down towards the napkin holder. I told the lady that was handing out samples, on the way back to my table to throw everything in the trash. I quickly circled back and asked her did she kill them. And she just looked at them. They lost me as a customer.

It's my favorite place to eat. Staff aren't friendly but the food taste is great. And there are lots of different options since it's a food court.
I was here Christmas Eve and one of the employees gave me some undercooked chicken and I came back to complain. The manager was so rude he said they were closing and nothing they could do. I left and tasted the food it was definitely undercooked so I came back to complain. The manager over talked me was so rude and said my guys don't undercook food. The main cook did not undercook food it was his coworker that gave me undercooked food that was still being cooked. The manager finally gave me a card for a free meal. Now I have food poisoning and my stomach is killing me. I know when chicken is undercooked. I had a bad feeling when I saw it on the plate. Now I have to deal with this stomach pain because of a idiot didn't want to hold up the line to wait until the food was properly cooked.

They banned me from the Store from life. I've brought Food from them countless times. The girl cashier NEVER understands I always get White Rice. The Hispanic manager is too talkative, talks over me, and does not listen to my complain. Instead, he called Security on me. Now, I'm banned from buying anything from the store for Life !
