I been told you before my event that I did not receive the correct amount. You have poor communication skills and had you answered my calls, text message and emails we could’ve been arrived at an amicable resolution. As a business owner you did not resolve the issue in the best interest of the consumer who was supporting your business. I will not be doing business with you again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. Do NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! I did not receive the correct quantity of items I paid for and she refused to refund me even AFTER she confirmed I did not receive the items!!

I purchased 6 cupcakes for my Mom’s birthday. I had never been to Sasha’s before and actually ended up there by chance after another cupcake store didn’t have the flavor I was looking for. I’m so glad I did!
Each cupcake was beautifully and uniquely decorated, but the taste is what truly stood out—moist, flavorful, sweet but not overly so. They traveled all the way to New York for my mom’s big day, and she absolutely loved them. She’s tasted a lot of cupcakes in her life, and by the time she was three in, she was raving that these were some of the best she’s ever had. I have to agree!
I didn’t catch the name of the woman working that day, but she was warm, pleasant, and very helpful.
This place is a hidden gem. Even if you don’t live on the South Side, it’s worth the drive. I’ve been to at least half of the well-known cupcake shops in Atlanta—and Sasha’s is right at the top.
ETA: I have been back 3 times since I drafted this review. Delicious desserts and excellent service.

I always go here for cupcakes. Other places have thick,firm, overly sweet icing,butter cream or whatever they put on the top of theirs, and either dry or no flavor to the mix, which I do not like. Sasha's cupcakes are always moist,flavorful and just the right amount of sweetness. Always my go to and the kids love them.
Says open today on Sunday (Mothers Day) drove all the way there to see sign on for days closed Sundays. What a waste of time. Update your website.

For the price of $40 for 2 milkshakes, i had higher expectations. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake was watery tasting (not in texture) and just a sweet strawberry flavor. I’ve had better at places like five guys and chick fil a. The slice of cheesecake that comes with it was just okay also. I could’ve went without having this experience. It looks better than it tasted.

I paid $10 for a cup of banana pudding—$10!! And This is the worst banana pudding I ever ever ever had. It’s was a bunch of soft cookies and the pudding was soooo thick and dense and covered in cookie crumbles — barely any bananas . It was mostly smushed cookies with a little bit of thick cream (not even pudding). I got home before I realized it. So disappointed.
