I waited in line for 5 min just for the clerk to intentionally take another person that had just walked up first. Felt like it must be because I'm white. I had to step away before I got too fired up. Would never consider this place again.

The service here is terrible one of the employee roll his eyes while i was going to order he looked at me and just roll his eyes i didn't even spoke yet i told him can i get a slice please so he gave me my slice when i noticed i saw mold in my pizza i showed him the mold he said thats not mold thats just from the oven but im pretty sure it was mold and the fact that i was about to give the pizza to my toddler !! Im not a problematic person im not a karen ! So i didnt say nothing i just trew the pizza at the trash i could of got my money back but i wasnt going to argue with a person who is rude

They should get negative scores. They are absolutely horrible. They don't check their online orders. They are unapologetic. Do not eat here and they also never guard against the flies that fly around the pizza.

The only thing I can say is that the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza and the guy who helped me the last few times I visit was kind and helpful. Last time I visit, there was an older lady who was ringing out everyone, she gave out an attitude that she didn't want to be there and she's been working for a while now. She's the only negative experience I had.

The men who work here Christmas 2022 work so hard. They are so friendly and fast. I order daily. I also work in the mall and have high expectations and they always provide world class service with a smile. Store so clean and food is perfect.

An employee told me they were busy when I tried to order two whole pizzas, instead of slices. Very disappointing because I was not asking for a favor, I was trying to order items on their menu. Just all-around bad service. I end up canceling the order for the two whole pizzas and only paid for the two slices of cheese pizza.

I Ordered pizza at 6pm, and they claimed they didn't get the order. Then I talked to the manager at 7pm and he said they closed at 9pm, and said they only accepted grubhub, ubereats and doordash for delivery and abruptly hanging up on me. I then called back and went off on him telling him not to hang up on me again (This is a first impression by the way). When I told them that they were currently closed at 7:00 pm. The manager acted like he didn't want to communicate no more and started playing the silent game with me, leaving me saying hello after every other statement I made which made me hang up.
