Have been waiting for 35+ minutes for soup and sandwich. Other people here have waited longer. Food is good but not worth ridiculous wait.

Food is good but hard to reccomend when you wait a half hour for a soup and sandwich - also overheard that they forgot someone's order who waited even longer than us... could have excused this all if it wasn't lunch time... but being that its 12:30 on a work day you would imagine they were prepared for the lunch rush

Waited forever for a bowl of soup. Soup is literally poured into a cup and microwaved. First bowl I got was cold so I sent it back. Second cup is just barely warm but was too hungry to send it back. Got a to go bowl once too and you can tell they had microwaved the soup in the to go cup because the cup had burnt in the microwave a bit. If the soup isn't even good, how can you trust anything else?

Always love Schlotzsky's. Although this time all the tables were dirty and none of the workers seemed to care. 5 workers, 2 customers and still all dirty tables.

Small Turkey sandwich on jalapeño bread with broccoli cheddar soup...I ate everything & actually I wished I would’ve gotten a bigger sandwich lol! It was worth the $12

Our family of four Sunday evening arrived @ 8:24pm and restaurant closes at 9. Cashier took an immediate attitude by slamming garbage cans and put off by our presence. As we are looking at the menu and discussing she starts blurting out NO PIZZA, NO SOUPS! We order our sandwiches and she talks over us, ignoring our questions. What type of bread? Small, med,room or large? Clearly trying to rush us along. As I am paying she mumbles dining room closes at 8:30 the orders will be to go. "What?". She says it again. "Hmm, website says you close at 9. She says just for to go orders. Well, we get our food and every order is wrong all requests were ignored. We're eating at a table outside while she and she just locked the door at 8:55. Wow, the attitude and inhospitality made us write off this location for good. We have long been Schlotsky's fans but this experience is too much to overlook.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance numerous times. A typical SANDWICH has taken over 30 minutes to make. Now today I show up and they don’t even have bread! What kind of place are you running here?! Unless you like your day wasted on something that takes 2 mins to make go to another location!
Very disappointed! Was a weekly lunch spot for years. Haven't been in in a while snd stopped in for lunch. Poor service. Got order wrong and was argumentative when asked to correct it. Same for folks at the table next to us. Floors had not been swept or mopped, doors snd windows smudged, and tables dirty.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I had ordered catering for my event to be delivered. And it never showed. When I called then and spoke to the manager he said they had yet to find a driver for it. I was unsure as to why the catering was confirmed the day before and yesterday morning for delivery without having secured a driver. The excuse I was given the first time I called was we are too busy and short staffed. All of that can be understood. But confirming a delivery 24 hrs before and the morning of, then to say we have no idea when we can get it to you, is 100% unacceptable. I will not be using them again and would not recommend anyone that needs their catering by a specific time use them ether.

It was kinda bland. I ordered a tuscan sandwich and it only had a few tomato slices and some lettuce. Nothing else. It was missing major ingredients like the meat, sauce, avocado, bacon... The works. Then i had to return to fix the order and it was still blah.
