As an out of town visitor this is a gem my best friend told me about a year ago and I've been on it every since when it travel to Atlanta. The plantains are delicious, the cabbage although tasted different each time I've had it it's still been delicious. The red beans and rice!! Oh my stars I could eat my weight in them. They are so good and I'm not sure what type of Jamaican gravy the pour on them, it make be some of the rue from the jerk I don't know...
I have been to this establishment since they first opened around 2001, give or take a year or 2.i always order the oxtails, they come with cabbage, rice and plantain. This is a very delicious meal.
This my place for Jamaican food! I use to be a curry chicken lady for years. Every since I been eating here, I love me some brown stew chicken!! They know I don't play about extra sauce, cabbage not over cooked and my plantain better be on point.
I'm always greeted with a smile and even though they don't like taking pictures, I always get my favorites to pose for me.
I always leave with a hot and heavy plate! 🤗
