We had so much fun at Serena Pastifico. Pir waiter was so nice and friendly and the food was amazing...as always.
Beautiful ambience, amazing food and overall great service from our waiter to the manager.
The restaurant was good. The inside decor was very welcoming and inviting. The food was actually really great very much elevated Italian vibes. But our waiter was very rude and really didn't offer much help. Other than that the experience was OK.
We went during a time where there was inclement weather expected the same day, so they were out of a few items which was expected. We got recommendations for other dishes that were available and they were amazing! No complaints at all.
This was my 1st time at Serena Pastificio. I will definitely be back. The staff and Management were more than hospitable. The ambience and decor of the restaurant was very chic. The noise level was low and allowed my guest and I to talk at a normal level while dining and enjoy our meal. Our host/ waiter was Jaylen was one of the best waiters I have ever experienced. His attention to detail, timeless, and great recommendations allow us to fully appreciate the best of Serena Pastificio. Get ready for delicious and fresh cuisine and drinks, a beautiful atmosphere, and staff with excellent professionalism, like Jaylen that help create a great date night, business meeting, or brunch with your bestie!
The food actually was pretty good, but the service was terrible. The waitstaff was sweet, but it wasn't crowded not crowded but SO SLOW. Food runner dropped our plates in front of us without naming the dish, we needed up eating most of each other's meals before we figured out we had the wrong thing (we all had some type of ravioli). Again, the food did all taste good, but the service left a lot to be desired.
Service was amazing , from being greeted at the host stand to the server giving a good understanding of the structure of the menu and how it works ! Was slightly dissatisfied by the flavor of the Casarecce Alla Norcina but the pasta was cooked properly.
Everyone was great, from the young lady that greeted us to our server. We sat at a high top near bar. Presciodo, our server really added to our evening. We had the salmon and pasta with several meats that were delicioso. Will return.
The restaurant was incredibly accommodating with short notice for our large group. We also had several young children and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The service was great. We had a great dinner and the restaurant itself is decorated very well. Would highly recommend!
We dined here for the first time for their Thanksgiving service. While we are willing to try again, we would not recommend this special holiday menu. Not sure it's what they do well. A Thanksgiving dinner with no gravy is a fail to the guests. The turkey was dry. They ran out of dessert. We paid the same fee for a mediocre pre fixed menu. Would not do this again.

Food was okay. Biggest issue was that food was not hot or even warm. More like room temperature. I understand that keeping food hot on a Buffet line is challenging. However, paying $70 per person, would at least expect hot food. Carving station meats (Turkey & Prime Rib) same.
Food was delicious and the restaurant is very cute. Service was good as well. My one negative is that the menu clearly says to ask your server about vegan options. The only entree dinner vegan option was spaghetti. I think they could do better than that.
Service was a noticeable failure. For whatever reason, we had to ask twice for almost everything beyond our basic food order. It seems there was poor communication across the service team.
Serena is a nice place and our experience was great until it wasn't. Service level from our waitress was great but unfortunately it took quite some time to get our entrees as things were quite busy it seems on last Thursday night. Our reservation was 615pm and we didn't receive our entrees until 7:40pm. We didn't enjoy the food as we had a show at 8pm across the street and we didn't receive our alert our waitress to such well beforehand. We have been to Serena before it was lovely, just not this time.
This is my second visit where I felt I was ignored after being seated. With my first visit we were sitting at a table. This last visit we were sitting at the bar. There seem to be at least four bartenders hanging out at the bar. Suddenly there were none. One server did give us menus and then seemed to disappear. Maybe it's just me but the food seems to be bland and uninspired. I ended up eating some of my partners Bolognese which was at least edible. I really don't see any reason to visit this restaurant again. There are way too many good places in Atlanta to eat that are much better quality than Serena Pastificio
