Burgers been always fresh and served quickly. The seats on the terrace are kinda nice especially since most people stay on the main level.

We went in for a beverage and were offered a full, great experience. We had the ice tea, with a refill and the guys serving us were extraordinarily nice and helpful. We also went to tje rooftop terrace and enjoyed the view. I fully recommend this place! 😁

Shake Shack – Atlanta

I tried the bacon cheeseburger and fries, and everything hit the spot. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to order, while the crinkle-cut fries were crispy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Atlanta and craving a quality burger!

I came in with $4.50 to buy a 50-50 lemonade sweet tea and they made two of them by accident and said would you like the second one for Free I said yeah that would be really nice it’s too bad it’s not a french fry just joking around and the lady and she said I could get a fry and a burger on the house no one knows what I’m going through financially this really means a lot to me

This location is fairly good, they do need to work on fry service, often times not hot when served.

Parking is not bad but you have to find the garage attached to the shoppes of Buckhead or you may over pay

Staff are cool but it’s Buckhead so you might get stared down by….locals👀👀

Rooftop eating area is also nice

I Like the food the environment, but the service experience was horrible. I ordered dine-in, and there are two couple sitting next to me, they are both white. They bring their food to their table, but shouting my number and ask me to pickup the food at the counter. I honestly don’t know why they did that, It was sooo bad. It was a Friday night and my mood was great before this. Shake shack is my favorite burger place but now I don’t know if I should like them anymore. Shame on them.

Aye you can’t go wrong with a burger from here. I’m always satisfied no matter the location. It wasn’t too busy today, walked straight in and ordered. The food came quickly and the staff was very friendly, brought our food to our table then asked if we needed condiments and napkins. They took care of everything. Also the restaurant and restrooms were clean.
