I can’t say enough good things about the Shake Shack in Old Fourth Ward! Every single time I visit, the food is prepared perfectly — hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. You can tell the team really takes pride in quality and consistency.
The restaurant itself is always impressively clean, from the dining area to the drink station, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, with a great vibe whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends.
A big shoutout to the manager, Amanda, who clearly runs a fantastic operation. Her leadership shows in the friendliness of the staff and how smoothly everything flows, even when it’s busy. It’s rare to find a place that nails food, service, and environment all at once, but this location absolutely does.
Definitely one of the best Shake Shack experiences around!

The food is absolutely delicious! It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth in my honest opinion. We had burgers, shakes, loaded fries and everything was 10/10. There’s also a cute little place where you can fill up tiny waters to drink. I thought that was funny. Overall, I would recommend. The workers were very courteous and the ordering process was very simple.

The French Onion Burger was banger! What an idea to put Onion soup into a burgerm the flavours were great and it all came together really nicely. It's quite runny though. The parmesan garlic fries weren't that special. We got a small amount of the garlic sauce which was sad. I would pick another type of loaded fries instead of this one. Finally, the Pomegranate Basil Lemonade was refreshing and wonderful. Loved it!
