Visit today while we were back to school shopping, and everything was amazing! Food came quickly, my daughter’s icecream was perfect and all the food & shakes were fresh. Thank you Shake Shack Team!

The food was really good! The prices were a little on the high side, but the quality made up for it—I enjoyed everything. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, and the fries were fresh and hot. The server was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting!

They already stingy on the sauces and now the sauce is HALF EMPTY. literally. The sauce is twice the size of the bbq sauce

We all know how shake shack food is. Im writing this just to say GIVE Joe a raise. He keeps the place running smooth during lunch and I never have an issue. Gotta highlight good customer service in Atlanta because it's starting to be rare. If you go when Joe is there, show him so love.

The burgers are great besides the patties being so thin

Many issues with this visit. First thing is they have kiosks to take your order, and will actively ignore you if you want them to take your order. They serve your food in a bag and it’s very messy, but there’s nothing to put your burger on except a flimsy napkin. I ordered my burger well done and it was raw in the middle, I couldn’t even eat it. Also the burger had exactly 1 pickle chip, one tiny piece of onion and two cherry tomato slices. When they gave me the food at the counter it was shoved at me like they were angry at me or something. Never again.

I love shake shack. the people here are always so nice to me and i love the food it’s always a great experience. they always greet me with a warm welcome and i always feel like my order is appreciated. if you want to have a memorable shake shack experience go to the one located inside the lenox food court.

Young lady at the front was very nice and had an excellent attitude. I ordered a chicken sandwich, when they told me they had ran out of chicken they asked if I wanted to change my order. I did, and they got me my food quickly after that. Despite it being a busy Saturday during Dinner rush the service was still great.
