I finally tried the soup sandwich my drill sergeants were so obcessed about! The French Onion Soup Burger was delicious! The French Onion Soup topping is made thick so it doesn't cause any unusual mess. It is very flavorful, however, so if you only get a single patty, the topping flavor might overpower the beef. I would suggest getting a double like I did. The topping to meat flavor ratio was perfect!
Edit: They no longer have the French Onion Soup Burger that set them apart and made them different, so I brought the rating down from a perfect 5 stars to 4 stars. They are decent, but the remaining flavor options are available at most other burger restaurants.

I visited the Shake Shack at the Lenox Mall today during the busy lunchtime rush. I wanted to highly commend Keezy, one of the cashiers, for his outstanding service.
Despite dealing with difficult customers who were complaining and had poor attitudes while picking up their complicated orders, Keezy remained incredibly patient, professional, and humble. It was genuinely impressive to watch him manage the chaos with such composure.
When it came to my complex custom order, Keezy handled it perfectly. He was patient while taking the order, assisted me with a smile, and ensured the meal was prepared perfectly. He meticulously checked that I received all my requested sides and sauces.
His attention to detail and professional demeanor made my entire experience fantastic. I highly recommend this location thanks to staff like Keezy!

I really adore this location for Shake Shack. The food is always fresh and on-point, the team is diligent and swift not only with fulfilling orders but kindly yet professionally assisting with orders at the register and kiosk. The food was really good! The prices were a little on the high side, but the quality made up for it—I enjoyed everything. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, and the fries were fresh and hot. The server was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting!

They already stingy on the sauces and now the sauce is HALF EMPTY. literally. The sauce is twice the size of the bbq sauce
We all know how shake shack food is. Im writing this just to say GIVE Joe a raise. He keeps the place running smooth during lunch and I never have an issue. Gotta highlight good customer service in Atlanta because it's starting to be rare. If you go when Joe is there, show him so love.
