I purchase the Chicken Shack sandwich it was the size of a chicken nugget the milkshake was as Loose as a soft drink I was very disappointed spoke with management Taylor and he said he don't know what to tell me I would like to know also that they were very busy which you prepare for I regret not taking a picture of that chicken nugget between a bun- and it's no excuse for this

Play order the Oreo shake and it was really good. I took about 10 minutes just for a shake and his self order on the machine. Definitely need more help in there to push out orders faster.

I got the shack stack and was very disappointed. The lettuce seemed old, like wet rubber. The tomato was just as bad. The best part was the beef patty and the potato bun. All the other was a wasted mess. And when paying double digits for a single burger (no sides) I expected a much better burger. I'll stick to THAT burger spot from now on.

I hate to leave a poor review but I ordered online in advanced and arrived at the end of my pick up window that was provided. No orders were being placed out for at least 10 minutes when I arrived. After waiting at least 25 minutes after my pick up time, I flagged down a lady who went in back and pulled out my order. At this point my toddler was screaming for all of the extra waiting so I rushed to eat in my car so I wouldn’t disturb any of the other customers. When I opened my bag all of my food was ice cold and inedible as if it had been sitting there for 30 minutes. This is very frustrating because I arrived when I was supposed to.

This experience was truly unexpected before coming here. My date and I were on our first outing together, and we initially chose what we thought was a higher-end restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, the experience fell short, leaving us still hungry and craving something more satisfying. To turn the evening around, I decided to take her to Shake Shack—her very first time visiting one—and this location happened to be the nearest option.
I'm so glad we came because the experience exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful, the staff were mostly friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean when we arrived. We placed our order and initially planned to enjoy our meal on the patio. However, it was getting chilly, and the staff was beginning to close the outdoor seating area, so we opted for takeout instead. In a pleasant surprise, the staff gave us a couple of extra drinks they were planning to discard, and those drinks turned out to be fantastic!
For my date, the visit was a delightful introduction to Shake Shack, and she mentioned she’d definitely return. As for me, although it was my first time at this particular location, I’ve been to several Shake Shack outlets before, and this one lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect. The food was prepared perfectly, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience.
I ordered the truffle burger with cheese fries, while she chose the chicken sandwich with bacon cheese fries. Everything was cooked to perfection—the burger patty was well-done, just the way I like it. The only minor improvements I’d suggest are adding a bit more fried onion to the burger and a bit more ice in the drinks. Other than that, the food hit the spot and made for the perfect ending to our date.
The only aspect I’d change is the ability to sit and enjoy our meal at the restaurant, as it felt a bit like they were rushing to close the seating area. However, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. This location left a great impression on both of us, and I’ll definitely be back.
Parking: There's a decent size parking lot behind the building

Man just to get over here was a pain - thus is down town Atlanta. I had a pick up order so I can't speak on the in-house service , but the guy at the cash register was rude and had an attitude for no reason - I mean I'm sure he had his own personal reason but you're at work, a simple hello and a smile, I'm not asking for a parade or even conversation. But maybe I expect too much in customer service. Apart from that, I've had more flavorful burgers from McDonald's for significantly less.

I paid 20$ for an avocado bacon chz burger & bacon cheese fries. The cheese sauce is flavorless af, the “shake sauce” that goes on all of their burgers shouldn’t have ever been invented. Oh and that 20$ order doesn’t even come with a drink. Ya’ll are crazy. Never coming back
Miserable experience at this location.

It was empty. We were the only ones there. I know you might have had some online orders. But the good took some time and we weren't acknowledge but the employees.
