I had an amazing customer service experience with one of the people that worked there here name was Miss Marsha. I really enjoyed her energy this evening.

Nice bread and beef! The burger is delicious.

Monica is so welcoming and pleasant! Thanks to her for leading the crew to perform well with customers.

Prices are double now, not as fresh, and restrooms need to get fixed.

Decent burger place

Bun was cold, servers saw me waiting at the pick up window, degloved, re-gloved and ignored me for 3-4 minutes, and the serving size is very stingy. For these prices, please do better.

Can’t go wrong with Shake Shack. We went here after going to Puttshack as before a concert. I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Cheese fries for the win…

Dining in your restaurant as I text this review. Staff member in the kitchen had no hair net over their hair that was at least 10” tall; stacked high. No hairnet? That is SO nasty I could barely eat my Shack Burger.

No sooner than I addressed this with the manager who rang me up and brought my order to my table, that a man walked through the restaurant at 3:20 with his dog off the leash and spent time in the men’s room. Then, he walked past me again and the manager definitely saw him.

You all are batting a 1000 with making my meal appetizing!!!!!

The manager then returns to my table and discounted the dog being inside the restaurant. "No big deal"

Can no longer visit this Shake Shack location on Howell Mill Road in WSP. The one in Buckhead across from Brown and Company Jewelry store is where I usually go. That is a rare occurrence since you have raised your prices SO high.

Your location in WSP 1168 Howell Mill Rd is poorly managed!. FILTHY!!!! The Manager gave me a free pass. Thank you. It want be used at this location under any circumstance!!
