My husband and I live nearby and probably get Shane’s at least once a week. This location is fantastic. The food is always hot and tastes great. The staff is wonderful and friendly. It’s definitely our go to if we don’t feel like cooking. The amount of food you get and the quality of it for the price can’t be beat.
Service here was excellent. The cashier was very informed about our choices and decided on the baked potatoes. Tiana was a great manager snd attentive to in ensuring our satisfaction with our order and food was up to standards. She was really considerate and engaging. We really enjoy the dine experience and I will go again.
The manager who was there made it an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. She was super friendly and to my surprise knew a lot of her customers. Not only that, she took care of us personally by coming to the table to see if we were ok and everything. Just because of that..I will eat there again! Thank you SOUTH GA QUEEN!
