I grew up on Shane’s rib shack so this review is strictly about the staff at this particular location. This staff provides some of the best hospitality in this city. I come in about once a week and I am always taken so care of and I mostly do Togo! Truly walking into this place has become a little therapeutic for me. 10/10 staff to match the already great food. Try the Friday special, thank me later.
I'm a delivery driver, and the server girl that took my order today was excellent. Extremely attentive, did her job well, just had to give her props. Good customer service, especially towards us doing delivery, is getting more and more rare now, so I just thought I'd give some positive props.
Valerie and Kate were absolutely wonderful. I had a lot of questions. They were patient with me and very kind. My wait time was not long at all. My order came out exactly the way I wanted. I would definitely come back to this location.
