I’m in town from Oklahoma. This is, alright bbq. Sauce is meh. Baked beans have peanut butter or something in them? Strange. Collards are mushy. But taste good. Fried okra is pretty good. Sweet tea is yankee sweet tea. Not southerner sweet tea. Ribs were super fatty, like tasted all of fat and were covered in it and were tough. How do you slow smoke ribs and make them tough? I don’t understand.

Today was my first experience with Shane’s Rib Shack. I was served by Josh and Kendall. They provided AMAZING customer service going over and beyond to help me from deciding what to order and providing a great experience up until I received my order. Shane’s Rib Shack Corporate, please give Josh and Kendall a raise and a promotion because they deserve it! Great food is awesome, but the customer service experience is equally important! They deserve all the accolades you can...
