I referred a friend here. The family put in an order one week in advance. Around 10 am the day before the child’s birthday party the bakery called to cancel due to a “Family Emergency”. I TOTALLY understand things happen but there was no attempt to try to make things better. There was no referrals to any other possible bakery’s, no offer to possibly make a cake another time half price …nothing. In a nutshell, pretty much just “I’m sorry and goodbye.” Again, I understand things do happen and I don’t doubt at all that it did, however when you are running a business despite unforeseen circumstances things should be handled more professionally. I personally would never come here nor will I ever refer anyone else again. EXTREMELY unprofessional in this situation.

I would recommend shirini bakery specifically for their online and shipping service. My order was fresh and delivered quickly in a very nicely packaged box that was perfectly protected even though the mail man left in the pouring rain. The macaroon sampler was perfect for sharing with my friends and the puff pastries were light and fluffy (a steal in my opinion).

The Goli cake and cookies were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended! Also, they delivered the cake in the middle of traffic hour as I was unable to make it there in a reasonable hour. They have excellent service!!

My friends, family, AND co-workers have been requesting their Macs as birthday gifts this year. I can’t wait to do another special order cake from them, they do such a great job!!

We have ordered here a few times. Mostly macaroons, but also several cakes. Everything is always delicious and ready on time. We ordered cakes here for birthdays or special celebrations. They will make whatever flavors you desire. My favorite was the marshmallow frosting that tasted just like a s’mores marshmallow!! The macaroons have also been a huge hit with family and friends as gifts. There are never any left over when we order for parties. My favorite are the classic, but we always get the variety to sample everything. They are all good! Highly recommend these ladies! They are amazing.
