This was a spur of the moment anniversary dinner and it couldn't have gone better. Even though it was a cold Tuesday evening the place was nearly full which is always a good sign. Although the half price wine bottles probably something to do with the Tuesday crowd! Anyway, the tapas menu had excellent variety with a Spanish focus. What a great dining experience to share with friends.So many small plates to share and they're all great. Staff is very helpful and dishes come out quickly. We love the calamari and lamb chops and the Gin & Tonics are outstanding. Nice wine list and you have to have the churros for desert.
Service was slow. I think the bartender was waiting on us and trying to make all the drinks at the same time. Our drinks took a while and when we wanted to order more, we had to wait also. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and there was not any acknowledgment of tha. Food was good. Our favorites were the octopus, calamari, and the beef empanada. . we probably will not go back because of the poor service. There are other options with similar food and faster service...
