The food smells so good. That is as far as we got, we were sat for 20 mins or more with no one taking our order. It’s a shame because this location seemed to serve great food.

Came for the $5 drink special — stayed for the music, the vibes, and the amazing service! Huge thanks to Jocelyn and Rodney for making it such a great night, and shoutout to the chef for knocking it out of the park.

Had the vegetarian ramen- it was disappointing very mid.

The impossible katsu bun was awesome

But overall i waited an hour for my food. I do not plan on coming back, E ramen was faster and had so much more flavor.

Large noodle serving, tastes very darn great, chunky n tender pork belly, good vibe, and very respectful service! I am very pleased with my dining experience here!! STK steakhouse a few blocks away needs to learn to do business from these folks!

I recently visited Silverlake Ramen in Midtown, and here’s a balanced, four-star Google-style review:

Silverlake Ramen offers a solid, casual spot for a quick bowl in Midtown. The housemade noodles are satisfyingly chewy, and the broth carries a rich, savory depth that’s especially comforting on a chilly day.

I went for the “Shoyu on Fire,” which is a smart pick if you want a little extra kick—it comes with a spicy chicken broth and a hint of lime that gives it character and livens things up. The crispy rice with spicy tuna and the pork buns are standout appetizers too—the crispy rice has a nice kick from jalapeño, balanced with cool avocado, and the pork belly in the buns is tender with a tasty hoisin mayo.

The space itself feels a bit corporate—comfortable and efficient, but not particularly warm or unique. The full bar is a nice bonus if you're in the mood for something more than soup, though.

Service was friendly enough, and overall I was satisfied with my meal. A few minor things held me back from giving five stars, like the generic interior vibe and a few milder broth options—but if you're after a reliable ramen fix in Midtown, this is a solid choice.

4 stars—tasty noodles, bold spicy option, killer apps, but could use a bit more ambiance and memorable flair.

Hector didn’t give my main order to the delivery driver. I had been waiting for this food for over an hour and i didn’t even end up getting MY DISH.

Parking was a pain in this are, but they validate your ticket if you park in the appointed garage. It’s a short walk from the garage to the restaurant.

There were only two staff members running the whole place, making drinks and cleaning as well, but they were friendly and nice. The food was just so-so. We had:

- Tonkotsu: I substituted chicken for pork, but the chicken was very dry
- Fried gyoza
- Karaage chicken

The food was just average, and so was the atmosphere, nothing special.

Atmosphere was very downtown atlanta. Service was almost terrible. We were unable to flag our waiter down when there was something missing in our ramen. The food though will definitely cause me to come back and try again.

Very disappointing ramen. Mediocre flavorless ingredients. Watery broth, noodles cooked poorly and clumped together. Chili paste was the only saving grace.
More of lake water ramen. Nothing silver about it.

They were understaffed. It seems like 1 person had to do everything. The ramen just wasn't good.

The waiter was attentive but the experience overall was bad. There are lots of places in the city for great ramen. Silverlake is not one of them.
