The food is good. I love the fried okra. This time I had the watermelon basil drink and it was delicious. Def sit on the rooftop if the weather permits.

Food was decent, went with the catfish basket and extra order of hushpuppies. Catfish was fried to a golden perfection. Could have used just a tad bit more seasoning. Didn't really taste the jalapeño in the hush puppies. Which I was looking forward to. Hush puppies were also a little too doughy. Tartar sauce was very good actually. Calamari was Olay too.... nothing to really rave about. I'm willing to try this place one more time though. Rooftop seating was nice and comfortable.

Vegetarian options: We love the sweet mouse toes, Grandma loved the Spinach salad and the oysters were to die for. Thank you for making sure the chicken salad was gluten free! Awesome - we’ll be back!

I’ve visited the Oakland Cemetery couple times and would always see this restaurant. Finally got to try it and I hate that I was a bit disappointed. Service was great, loved the atmosphere—-but the food was just not tasty. My fried catfish was just bland. Fish tacos were on the bland side as well. The sauces it as accompanied with didn’t help much. The sauce from the calamari was a much better company with the fried fish. My favorites were the kid’s cheeseburger and calamari, it was extra crunchy just the way I prefer it. I’d come back and try other dishes.

My waiter was amazing! Excellent service, top off our drinks all evening, recommended specials, very attentive! I ordered the fried oysters and omg!!! The worst I ever had! They were definitely not fresh, probably came out of a bucket from Cisco, grade C, were super chewy and disgusting! I didn't complain because my company and waiter made the evening great!

First time here and had a good time. The server had excellent customer service and the food was delicious. There isn't a lot of parking so just a heads up on that. Also make sure to look at the photos of the menu they have some house rules like they only accept cards, no cash!

Really loved the place. Found it on the map while visiting the zoo. It is a nice sea food place. We had alligator bites. That was the first time we had alligator meat and liked it. The seafood combos were nice and crispy. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. Adding 20% tip for 100$+ check is a bit weird though.
Catfish was bland . Platter one piece isn’t a platter. Hush puppy didn’t taste like a hush puppy made of corn meal . Not real impressed . Three people and tip $100+ not worth it.
