Smallcakes Cupcakery

Great customer service and the cupcakes are delicious! Gave a box to the nurses and doctors treating my baby nephew at CHOA around the corner. The two staff (females… Victoria and?) helping us even offered to make something really quickly that was advertised on the wall board but sold out at that moment. I just feel like many other places wouldn’t have offered that especially so late in the day on a Sunday.

For the fabulous birthday, this cake and service wasn’t. We ordered a cake for a birthday party. By mid evening the cake has a crack in the middle, by the end of the night the cake looked like a volcano erupted. The store was contacted and offered to replace the cake, however, the damage was done. The party was over and not one guest was able to eat any of the cake. The company could have offered a partial refund but did not. Truly disappointing to pay for a cake that couldn’t be eaten. The staff admitted that the cake probably should have been “refrigerated longer.” The cake was not in “heat” it was literally in a building location with central air. I’ve never seen a cake melt like this. SMH

I'm at the owner at Tindrum Asian kitchen, She is such a wonderful, beautiful spirit, lady. I noticed her shirt and I asked her if she bakes and she say yes ma'am my son bought me a bakery and I said OMG I love it. I have to come patronize so I went to Smallcakes Cupcakery and got me this velvet cupcake, and it melted in my mouth. It is so delicious and mouthwatering. I'll be back for more one day although I don't eat sweets I had to try her Cupcakes🥰💪🏽

I have a small cakes where I live and this one blows it out of the park. This cucpackery shelves should never be full. The displays were very nice. Looking at them you can tell they would taste good. The chocolate cake looked unreal for one. The icing looked perfect. They didnt have strawberries today but that dollop of strawberry gel is definitely a better option for both presentation and taste.

Now on to the taste. I was driving and it was my son's birthday so we were there to get him something. He picked out four. On the drive back to another location he bit into one and was a amazed. The cake was so moist and he enjoyed it so much. Im jealous because im driving. The next one he bites into was the chocolate and he exclaimed that was the best chocolate cupcake he has had from a small cakes. He's not even a chocolate cake person.

I get home and finally get to eat mine - it was AMAZING! If it wasn't so far, I would be up there often. Thank for topping of my son's birthday.

Fresh and delicious cupcakes! Walked in to take out some cupcakes for a birthday and everyone loved them. The staff is also very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I can’t wait to try some of their other flavors!

Not only are the cupcakes excellent with numerous variety, the owner is fabulous and the customer service TOP NOTCH. My daughter and I stopped by and did not want to leave!!! Great product and service.

I’m not the type to usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception after my experience today. The cashier was hands down the nicest person I’ve encountered in a while. She was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind, which made the whole visit so pleasant. I didn’t catch her name but the receipt said Yara. The shop itself has a cozy vibe and the cupcakes were fresh and delicious- but honestly, the customer service stood out even more. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be helped by her again!

Delicious fresh cupcakes and attentive and courteous staff.

These were hands down the best cupcakes. They were moist, fluffy, and none of the flavors was overpowering. My receipt stated Monique as the cashier. She was very, very welcoming. Will return!!

Honestly I wish there was another location because the cupcakes are tasty but the service here is horrible. I have come in multiple times and the employee literally doesn’t say a word during the entire interaction. I’ve done and the case be empty more than an hour before the end of the night. I’ve ordered online for delivery and recurved the wrong flavors twice. It’s getting to the point that the only consistent thing her is the poor service
