Went here to pick up a door dash order and waited patiently for over a hour service was rude and never got the food i do door dash to make money because I'm on dyalsis and need to make own hours because of treatment so I list out on other orders plus money for this order no apologies sad

Came in with a group and we didn’t have to wait too long. Service was great and the food was even better!

The food is so good, but the service is trash. They never have food ready on time, always a longer wait time than estimated even when you order online. They definitely could use more people maybe but the customer service is not where it should be.

I walked in and the cook came from the back with a grease and food stained white tshirt on. I immediately wanted my food back, but was trying to support a B.o.B. So I waited…and waited…and waited…and waited damn near an hour after the expected time that my food would be ready. The lady behind the counter was rude and also had her child there with her behind the counter. No one had on gloves or aprons or hair nets. She wouldn’t refund me my money but Uber eats did after I called and they couldn’t reach the store so assumed that they weren’t preparing my order. The atmosphere here is trashy like the attitude of the woman at the front counter. I don’t know how the food tastes because I never got my order. This place is a joke! Proceed with caution.

They have the habit of cancelling online orders after you’ve already been waiting for over an hour for the food. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers.

The employees and cooks are very unsanitary with no gloves no hair net or anything clothes were disgusting one lady that worked there took a pill in front of me food was nasty I had a Rasta pasta the noodles were overcooked the shrimp was undone and my brother had the down south cuisine collard greens tasted like water they gave him turnip greens in stead of candy yams Mac and cheese had no flavor but the chicken was ok and I also felt sick after eating there.

Good food but the hours are variable. Juans Smoke shop next door is ?though. 5 stars for the smoke shop.

It’s been two weeks since I placed my online order at the ATL location that is apparently closed but online was still on taking people money with no food. I spoke to someone about my refund and 1 week later still no refund and now they are not responding. Do not support this scamming restaurant

Took a 40 min. drive just to wait 1 hour for my order when I was told 20 mins by the cashier. All to get the food and it was horrible. Waste of $50!!!

I ordered three dinners two Down South Cuisine chicken dinners and chicken Philly cheese dinner that's not what I received they sent me two different items I didn't order they sent me this mess I want a refund all my money back ???

They ripped me off 3 times every time I order they never have the food they need to take they menu off if yall outta stock everyday mind you 3 times I tried to order I even tried to call no answer

Great customer service, great food and very reasonable prices for what it is.
So far I've had smothered turkey wing, jerk chicken and fried chicken, and all have been excellent...
Shout out to Daniel who always goes the extra mile.
This place is worth a drive...

After waiting one hour and 20 minutes, I asked the cashier how long would it be before our food came out? He said he would go and check. From the area where I was standing, I could see him going out of the back door of the restaurant, it appeared that there was another person there that he was speaking with. He came back and said that the cook had an emergency and had to leave. I found this to be very disrespectful as well as inconsiderate of the customers. I asked if there was a manager he replied the manager wasn’t there. He said he would return the money that I had paid for the food . There were three other customers waiting that had ordered food. I really don’t recommend you patron this restaurant. I will never go there again!
