worst customer service. the door was locked during open hours, and employee (woman w grills on her teeth) ran up to the door and looked like they were already cleaning the store. when I said I wanted to grab a smoothie she said "our systems are down so you can't" and then when I mentioned it was the FREE pumpkin smoothie offer, she said " oh, we don't have anymore pumpkin". seemed like a straight up lie, and like she was rushing to go home. please hire people that actually want to work.

I usually enjoy going to this smoothie king location. So much so that last Friday, I decided to invite a friend with me, I was never so embarrassed. We walk in, No greeting whatsoever. I completely understand having to multitask but it takes 2 seconds to acknowledge a guest. Ordering was the real task as the music was not only loud but filled with profanity and incredibly offensive. It’s 2023 so I can see incorporating eclectic or mainstream music to the playlist but playing music reguardless of genre that is filled with profanity is inconsiderate. My guest waited outside and as I stood inside I was truly disappointed with my whole experience. I truly hope this can be a teachable moment because no customer should have to experience this level of service.

I have been coming to this Smoothie King for a while now and have been giving this location the benefit of the doubt.. Every time I walk into the building, Fruit flies are flying everywhere! For the past 2 weeks they've been out of Almond butter and Large straws for the larger drinks.. HOW CAN I ENJOY MY SMOOTHIE WHEN I CANT REACH ALL OF IT! This location is doing very poor compared to the other Smoothie kings I've been to in different states!

Don’t waste your time going to this smoothie king. I don’t even write reviews but I had to do it because I felt so strongly about it. Customer service is terrible, staff is unprofessional, and smoothies taste off. Overall never good experience no matter how many times I try.
